With the rapid development of laser application technology,the requirements of polarized beam splitting prism technical parameters are becoming more and more diversified and specific.In order to provide a more comprehensive and accurate analysis of the performance parameters of the beam splitting angle of the polarized beam splitting prism,the theoretical and experimental reference needs to be provided for the practical application.In this dissertation,the polarized beam splitter prism made of Icelandic crystal is mainly,the micro-angle split polarized prism and Wollaston prism are analyzed theoretically and experimentally.In this dissertation,the beam splitting angle,transmittance and light intensity splitting ratio of the micro-angle split polarized prism are analyzed theoretically.Secondly,the splitting angle of three design types Wollaston prism changes with the angle of incidence and the evolution law of the splitting angle symmetry make theoretical analysis,and comparison,and summarizes the prism design pattern with good beam splitting symmetry,and finally the production of prism,test prism beam splitting performance parameters,and compared with the theoretical results.The following is the basic structure of this dissertation and the specific work.In this dissertation,firstly,the status of polarized devices,the types of polarized light and the commonly used polarizing devices are mainly described,and the current research status of polarizing devices is summarized and discussed.Secondly,the commonly used polarized beam splitter prism is briefly introduced.several commonly used crystal materials are listed.the basic concepts and related principles used in theoretical analysis are briefly reviewed.The first content of the dissertation is the theoretical analysis of the performance parameters of micro-angle split polarized prism.The change law of the working wavelength with the beam angle,transmittance and light intensity splitting ratio is analyzed and calculated.When the light is incident at a certain incident angle in the main section,the change law of the splitting angle of the prism,transmission ratio and light intensity splitting ratio is analyzed and calculated.Based on the method of coordinate transformation and ray tracing,the influence of the azimuth angle on the beam splitting angle of the micro-angle beam splitter is analyzed and summarized.The second content of the dissertation is that the beam splitting performance of Wollaston prism of three different design types is studied.The influence of the angle of incidence on the symmetry of beam splitting angle is mainly analyzed.For the same beam splitting angle,three different design forms Wollaston prism the symmetry of the beam splitting angle is compared,and the prism design pattern with good splitting angle symmetry at the angle of incidence is summarized.Finally,the experimental test part.The micro-angle split prism and Wollaston prism are maked respectively.The experiment is designed.The beam splitting angle and the light intensity splitting ratio of the micro-angle split prism,and three different design forms of Wollaston prism the symmetry of beam splitting angle is experimentally tested and compared with the theoretical values.The results show that the beam splitting angle of the micro-angle split polarized prism is become smaller as the working wavelength become longer,and the beam splitting ratio increases with the working wavelength.At the specific working wavelength,The beam splitting angle becomes larger when the incident angle changes from-20o-20 o,and the light intensity splitting ratio that first becomes larger and last becomes smaller,in the negative angle of the incident closer 1.For three different types of Wollaston prisms,the incident light is incident on the application,The symmetry of the beam splitting angle of the type?Wollaston prism is better.When the light is incident at an angle,the prism design pattern with good symmetry is selected according to the specific value of the incident angle.
