Servo loading system is a kind of important hardware in the loop simulation equipment,which can provide accurate and reliable experimental data for the study of servo system control performance,at the same time,it can save research and development expenses and shorten the development cycle.For more than 20 years,the research of servo loading technology has been an important subject in the fields of military,national defense and aerospace.In this paper,based on the actual project of the loading test equipment of a servo system,a detailed theoretical study is carried out on the electric servo loading system,and the hardware design and software design of the system are completed.Firstly,the mathematical model of the electric servo loading system is established.Based on the principle of structural invariance,a feed-forward controller is designed to reduce the redundant torque.Secondly,aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional PID controller,BP neural network has many advantages,such as nonlinear,parallel distributed processing,easy to implement,self-learning and adaptive.Then the BP neural network intelligent algorithm is introduced into the loading system and the BP+PID compound controller is designed.The composite controller combines the advantages of traditional PID control with BP neural network.The simulation results show that the proposed controller can greatly improve the accuracy of the system.Thirdly,based on the performance requirements of the system,the selection of system control module,acquisition module,detection module,communication module and actuator are introduced.On this basis,the hardware design of the electric loading system is completed by using virtual instrument technology.Finally,on the basis of the design of the hardware architecture,the corresponding software is written by Labview,and the function modules of the software are designed.The feasibility of the electric loading system is verified by a series of tests.
