| It is purposed to research on single-winged terminal-sensitive projectile which is based on samara type.It researches on the dynamics model of projectile that can be realizing stable scanning.It also analyses the influence of aerodynamic characteristics.Based on the demand of increasing drag and revolution speed,structure parameters of single wing are optimized.The results can provide reference for the future design of the single-winged terminal-sensitive projectile.(1)On the dynamic model study of the single-winged terminal-sensitive projectile:at first,the load acted on the single-winged terminal-sensitive projectile are analyzed,and the dynamics equations about center of mass and around the center of mass are established according to momentum theorem and angular momentum theorem;secondly,the connection equations about velocity and angular velocity are established between cylindrical part of projectile and tip mass,thus the whole dynamic equations of the single-winged terminal-sensitive projectile are obtained;at last,based on Adams,kinematics simulations are constructed.(2)On the numerical study of the aerodynamic characteristics of the single-winged terminal-sensitive projectile:Based on Fluent,the influence of the shape characteristics of cylindrical part of projectile,the structure parameters and angle of attack effecting on aerodynamic characteristics is researched.At first,the numerical simulation algorithm is proved to be accurate and the structure parameters of length-diameter ratio,head shape,length of wings,width of wings,tip mass and offset angle of wings are simulated in the same way,so that the influence of these parameters effecting on the aerodynamic characteristics is obtained;at last,aerodynamic characteristics and flow field variations of the whole projectile are analyzed in different angle of attack.(3)On the optimal study of the structure parameters of the single-winged terminal-sensitive projectile:At first,four factors are selected as independent variable,which are the length of wings,the width of wings,tip mass and the offset angle of wings,then the maximum values of drag coefficient and rolling momentum coefficient are selected as the goals,so the primary and secondary order of the four factors affecting the goals is obtained by using orthogonal optimum design.In order to achieve the Pareto solution,regression analysis calculation model is established based on genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ).(4)On the experimental study of the single-winged terminal-sensitive projectile:at first,high tower experiment conditions and equipment is introduced,then three single-winged terminal-sensitive projectiles of different structure parameters are dropped from the high tower.The falling speed and rotational speed are achieved according high-speed camera images and flight recorder.These experimental results will be compared with simulation results. |
