| In modern war,the protection capability of tank armored vehicles plays a vital role,to improve the battlefield viability of the protection target,an multi-tube launching interception device is designed combined with active protection technology at home and abroad.The system structure and working principle of the launching device are introduced.A new type of intercepting projectile is designed based on standard launcher,and the test of the intercepting projectile is carried out.Based on the design of intercepting projectile,the structure design and the motor sizing calculation of the multi-tube launching interception device are done,including the structure design of directional and pitching machine,the torque calculation and motor selection.the development of the prototype of the multi-tube launching interception device is finished.The analysis and calculation of the intercepting projectile’s interior ballistics of the multi-tube launching interception device is carried out based on the launcher and the intercepting projectile,and the maximum chamber pressure is obtained through the chamber pressure test to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.The simulation result provide a basis for the continuous firing dynamics analysis.Baed on the analysis of the intercepting projectile’s interior ballistics,a buffer device is designed with reference to the artillery anti-recoil technique.The continuous firing dynamics of the intercepting projectile is analyzed by MATLAB/Simulink.The influence of the key parameters of the buffer device on buffer effect are studied,and finally get a reasonable speed of the buffer device.Baesd on the continuous firing dynamics,transient dynamics analysis and modal analysis of the multi-tube launching interception device are carried out.The transient dynamic response of different key parameters of buffer device was studied.The structural strength of the optimized launching device meets the requirements and not produce resonance.Through the design and analysis,the strength and stability of the multi-tube launching interception device meet the requirements,which has certain guiding significance for the design of the multi-tube interception launching device and the weapon system servo platform. |
