| With functional and performance demands of hydraulic cylinder becoming increasingly diverse,production mode of manufacturing enterprise is turning from standardized mass production to customized small batch production.The change of production mode makes production execution difficulty,especially for parts manufacturing workshops,a wide variety of parts and process have been the important factors which restrict the productivity of workshops.The emergence of MES provides a quick response,flexible and normative environment for workshops.MES effectively shortens the production cycle,improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost.Based on the analysis of production status for hydraulic cylinder parts manufacturing workshop,the article is studying and designing the MES of hydraulic cylinder basic parts manufacturing workshop.This paper analyses the characteristics of hydraulic cylinder parts manufacturing workshop production process.For the existing problems and management shortcomings of production,this paper designs the total solution for MES of hydraulic cylinder parts manufacturing workshop as the core of plan scheduling module and production scheduling module.In order to solve the difficulties of production scheduling causing by the complicated and changeable order plan,this paper designs plan scheduling module based on group technology to achieve the transformation of production pattern from small batch to approximate mass by coding,classifying and sorting of processing plan.According to the characteristic of cylinder parts processing route and workshop resources,this paper proposes production scheduling module which contains two parts of scheduling calculation and scheduling control.Scheduling calculation based on hybrid genetic algorithm is the core content of the design.Based on Visual Studio 2010 development platform,this paper develops and designs the MES of Hydraulic cylinder parts manufacturing plant.The MES has obtained the preliminary application in the production workshop,and achieved the expected target.The MES effectively improves the productivity,shortens the production cycle,and reduces the production cost.This research results have a certain reference value for discrete manufacturing workshop in the same production model. |
