With the rapid development of microelectronics,MEMS and communication technology,the traditional chemical battery has the disadvantages of large volume,pollution and need to be replaced.The wind energy harvester obtained from the environment of wind energy is a kind of widely exists in the nature of renewable energy,wind energy harvester has no pollution,no complicated parts,light weight advantages of microelectronics,MEMS plays an important role in technology.In this paper,numerical simulation and experimental study of two preliminary study of vibration mechanism of edge tone-elastic body,piezoelectric power generation experiments and the use of the structure of PVDF piezoelectric film,the main work and conclusions obtained are as follows:First of all,in ANSYS Workbench platform,using Fluent and Transient Structural module and System Coupling module,the gas jet is used as the excitation source,at different speeds on different thickness of reed numerical simulation studies of the two-way flow solid coupling.The conclusions are as follows:the vortex is one of the main causes of occurrence of reed vibration cycle;wind speed and thickness of reed reed is one of the factors affecting the amplitude;vibration frequency of reed mainly depends on the thickness of reed reed itself;the thickness is less than 0.3mm,while the reed vibration will occur "jitter" phenomenon.Finally,this paper uses the edge-elastic body structure,to the piezoelectric chip PVDF for the collection of wind energy into electrical energy of the experiment,the experiment selected MEAS company production of LDT1-28K piezoelectric film.The experimental results show that this kind of piezoelectric chip can generate resonance when 12.5m/s~20m/s,and can output stable voltage signal.This can better identify the wind speed,after the impedance matching,when the load is 2.41 MΩwind speed of 17m/s,the output power is close to 40 W,it is possible to provide power for some of the micro power devices.
