The automotive transmission systems by excitation vibration will affect the vehicle ride smoothness and ride comfort,the excitation vibration of the transmission system mainly comes from the torque fluctuation generated by the engine.Aiming at the problem of torsional vibration of transmission system,the main solution is to install the driven disc torsional damper into the clutch assemblies.Due to the driven disc torsional damper is limited by the clutch space,leading to limited vibration reduction effect,so the dual mass flywheel(referred to as DMF)as a new torsional vibration damper has a good damping performance of the new torsional vibration damper,is widely used in abroad,however this field still need further research at home.In this paper,firstly,Landwind assembly VM engine of a vehicle as the research object,according to the principle of equivalent conversion transmission system,setting up the assembly of dual mass flywheel VM engine transmission torsional vibration of the simplified model,and according to the simplified model,inferring the corresponding mathematical model.By using MATLAB software to solve the mathematical model,the free vibration analysis of the simplified model is carried out,obtained the inherent characteristics of each stage for the transmission system.The dynamic model was established by Adams/view software,and the forced vibration analysis of the simplified model was carried out.Through free vibration and the forced vibration analysis,it can show that dual mass flywheel can reduce engine torsional vibration and noise effectively.The torsional vibration device design of transmission system requires accurate parameters of transmission system,however,complete and accurate parameters are often unable to be obtained in the actual project.In the early stage of research on the vibration of the drive system,whether a certain range of the estimated value can be used will contribute to the progress of the project.Based on a vehicle transmission system parameters,analysis of the effect of each major part of the transmission system to the torsional vibration of the transmission system.Mainly by changing an inertia or stiffness of the transmission system in a certain range,investigating the influence of this parameter variation on the torsional vibration of the transmission system,and the parameters with small effect are simultaneously changed to investigate the torsional vibration of transmission system under extreme conditions.The parameters which have great influence on torsional vibration of transmission system are analyzed separately.Carrying out the dual mass flywheel vehicle road test.Study on actual damping effect of installation of double mass flywheel automobile transmission system.Analysing The torsional vibration characteristics of transmission system under different working conditions.Study on the influence of various vibration sources on torsional vibration of transmission system from the vibration frequency and amplitude.
