LNG car represents a new direction in the future of clean vehicles, while LNG LNG filling stations on car use is an integral part of the chain, LNG cryogenic storage tank is an important facility LNG filling stations. To this end, for the rapidly growing demand for LNG filling stations, proposed LNG filling stations modular construction technology, research cryogenic tank manufacturing some of the key technologies and implement static equipment RBI management application, which is to ensure the safe operation of equipment is of great significance.On the basis of domestic and foreign manufacturing LNG filling station on the latest developments in the follow-up analysis, with specific design parameters of Tianjin, a LNG filling stations, for example, part of the core equipment selection and analysis techniques; modular design concept proposed LNG stations to 60 m3LNG stations, for example, according to the device configuration and design of major equipment Screening System Process;-depth study of LNG filling stations cryogenic tank manufacturing of key technologies, including cryogenic material (-192?) welding technology, low temperature cold technical insulation pressure vessels and LNG storage tanks inside and outside the cylinder Fit technology. In the static equipment life cycle management, put forward the risk management based on the integrity of the equipment. The LNG gas station static equipment as an example, the identification and quantitative assessment of the risk, and then determine the level of risk based on high risk equipment, and make inspection and maintenance plan based on risk, improve equipment safety and maintainability.The results show that:the use of low-temperature storage tank soldering, testing, cold, inside and a series of nested processes and technologies can improve the LNG storage tank independent manufacturing capacity and efficiency; cryogenic tanks series of products with long life, compact, covers an area of small, centralized control, operation and maintenance convenience features; integrate the device into two standard module construction program can be effectively integrated equipment resources, optimize the construction process, standardized construction and module exchange alternative; modular construction program, the completion of the unloading stations with pumps, pressurized tanks, metering, dosing, EAG emissions and other functions, along with security monitoring, alarm, emergency shutdown, emergency protection, and to achieve remote data transmission; LNG filling stations modular space requirements for low,3 to 5 days that can be put into operation, and easy handling, low cost and operating costs, may rely on existing stations from operations, reducing investment and operational risks filling stations, LNG filling stations for similar design and construction of reference; with RBI technology to seize the main risk of static equipment, and to develop a strong test plan, reduce testing costs, reduce the safe operation of equipment and facilities management costs and equipment safety risk, reliable support equipment.
