Research On Box-type Structure Of Reinforced Concrete Orthogonal Obliquely Placed Open-air Sandwich Panel Floor

This test mainly analyzes and compares the mechanical properties and econo-technical target between the RC cassette structure with orthogonal-diagonal open-web sandwich plate floor and the stress concrete frame structure, the results show that the cassette structure is better than the conventional frame structure, and it has good application value and wide application prospect.The introduction first introduces the developing process and practical application of large span spatial structure, which leads to the research of the RC cassette structure with orthogonal-diagonal open-web sandwich plate floor, and summarizes research meanings and main contents of this project. The second chapter introduces the basic components of RC spatial grid cassette structures, and studies the basic mechanical properties of horizontal system-RC open-web sandwich plate floor and vertical system-grid frame wall, it provides the theoretical basis for practical engineering. I analyze and compare the mechanical properties and econo-technical target between the RC cassette structure with orthogonal-diagonal open-web sandwich plate floor and the stress concrete frame structure by the static method,and make the static elastic-plastic analysis, then compare and study their seismic performance and development of plastic hinge. This test analyzes the vibration characteristics of RC Orthogonal-ortho-laid open-web sandwich plate floor, and compares and analyzes the mechanical properties of RC Orthogonal-ortho-laid and orthogonal-diagonal open-web sandwich plate floor with different long-span ratio. In the seventh chapter, it introduces the design of the reinforcement, the deflection, the crack check the RC cassette structure with orthogonal-diagonal open-web sandwich plate floor, the results show that the latter can be used as the optimum structure of large span concrete structure.The study show that RC cassette structure with open-web sandwich plate floor has good mechanical properties and superior economic performance. Finally, this test makes a summary and a prospect, and then puts forward suggestions for further research.
