Foundation is a geotechnical engineering and structural engineering and other disciplines in one of the systems engineering, comprehensive, multi-factors. In the excavation process, in addition to ensure the stability of its foundation, the pit inside and outside the smooth construction projects, but also to ensure that adjacent buildings and underground pipelines and other facilities are safe, the study of deep open pit after digging the soil deformation and stability with the supporting structure has become critical issue. This paper analyzed and summarized the results of previous research, based on the structure of the soil nailing the clay comprehensive performance(stiffness and strength)were studied.According to the CAS professor Qin Si-qing put forward the apparent cohesion theory,Guiyang Long Bo Landmark deep excavation as an example, the use of numerical simulation, by means of well-kNown MIDAS/GTS finite element software on clay excavation deformation were studied. Of the clay excavation deformation and soil nailing in the stability of the deformation parameters and foundation relations and conduct of the work and the results of research in the following areas;1?the establishment of a plane two-dimensional numerical model, and three-dimensional model than to save computation time and ease of analysis;2?No support, shear strength of soil clay foundation pit is low;3?The clay in the clay soil nailing for supporting of foundation pit, the shear strength of soil is also improved;4?apparent cohesion theory can provide the basis for design work.5?Increase the length of soil nail can increase the shear strength of soil nail wall, but did not reduce the soil nail spacing effect;6?The position of slip can influence the effect of the support.7?Using apparent cohesion theory calculate that the incremental of cohesion is logarithmic function expression?...
