At present, for the switch device in the Yunnan power grid system generally take a conservative design approach, and even to avoid total pressure loss of accident, the whole open regional power grid operation, reduce the load power supply reliability. But the electricity safety accident emergency disposal in the country and survey processing ordinance and the southern power grid company under the background of the promulgation of the new rules of accident investigation and risk assessment of power grids and should take measures a shift, before running the unit to avoid total pressure loss as substation power grid operation and relay protection and automatic device cooperate and the basic principles of setting and should now be in a whole new principles to control for load reduction ratio. New network risk assessment method, the natural requirement to design for the action logic, puts forward feasible solutions, equipment in power grid failure can reduce accident level or even avoid the happening of the accident.In this paper, with more than 110 kV voltage class for the switch device is analyzed, the 400 v station and 35 kV voltage class for the vote is not the research emphasis of this article, through research, it is concluded that cooperate with line of reclosing and prepared within a substation of different voltage grade since the cooperation relationship. For collusion way important substation at the same time, also adjust to the idea, put forward a new solution, improved the success rate of the automatic switch device prepared to narrow the scope of the power grid blackout, when the accident happened.In Yunnan power grid of 220 kV voltage class power network operation needs and Lincang area power grid due to the network frame construction relative lag, and provide the weak link, has the typical representative, based on the analysis of the research results on the basis of the first two 220 kV substation in Lincang area power grid for cast under the current operation mode of the case since the main logical move puts forward the corresponding improvement ideas, in order to improve power supply reliability in the region.
