Graphene oxide(GO)and graphene(GE)have nanometer size,large specific surface area and special electronic structure,and have remarkable mechanical properties,conductivity and thermal conductivity.In this paper,graphene oxide and graphene were used to partially replace carbon black and reinforce the rubber.The preparation of composites,the interfacial structure,properties and reinforcement mechanism of rubber-inorganic fillers were systematically studied.Dispersed go suspensions and GE suspensions with butadiene-nitrile latex NBRs were prepared by emulsion blending,and then mixed with carbon black and other rubber compounding agents.The problem of easy agglomeration in the process of laminated go and GE with rubber was solved.The results show that the mixture of go,GE and CB can reduce the size of graphite in carbon black and increase the disorder degree of carbon black.It was observed by SEM that nano-sized GOGE was uniformly dispersed in the matrix NBR.Meanwhile,the strain scanning showed that both NBR/GO/CB and NBR/rGO/CB could form a well-developed packing aggregate network.GE,because of the small interaction between nonpolarity and NBR,was observed.The network structure is unstable,and go is more stable than the network structure.The vulcanization properties of NBR/GO/CB composites showed that acidic go delayed vulcanization of NBR,but the proper content of go could increase the crosslinking density of NBR.When the ratio of GO/CB to NBR is small,the GO/CB photos show that the roughness of tensile section increases.When the ratio of 4 / 36 is 4 / 36,the tensile strength can reach the highest,reaching 26.49 MPA,and the wear resistance index reaches 319.1.When the ratio is 4 / 39,the tensile stress and tear strength of 100% NBR vulcanizate are 1.5times that of single CB reinforced vulcanizate.When the GO/CB ratio is more than 4 /39,it is easy to reunite and the interaction with NBR weakens.Tea polyphenols(TPs)have polyhydroxyl activity and the ability to trap free radicals.The addition of TPs can reduce the effect of GO on the delayed vulcanization of NBR/GO/CB composites.At lower GO/CB ratios,the tensile strength and tear strength increase.TPs make composites have better aging resistance.In addition,the TPs have a greater effect on the 100% modulus of NBR/GO/CB composites.As the TPs and GO content increase,the 100% modulus increases.At the same time,it was confirmed from the SEM photos that TPs caused defects in NBR/GO/CB composites.The interaction between graphene and NBR after reduction of tea polyphenols shows that the storage modulus increases with DMA,the rigidity of the compositeincreases,and the tan ? decreases.As the proportion of rGO/CB is increased to 3/37,the cross-link density increases and the mechanical properties are improved.The tensile strength can be increased by 19.0% when the ratio is 1/39,and the ratio is 3/37.The volume gradually increased by 87.0%.
