Research And Device Design Of Catalytic Distillation Process For Catalytic Light Gasoline Etherification Unit

For the past few years,with our country's economy sustained growth,the country has increasingly strict requirements on energy conservation and environmental protection.The quality of gasoline products are also getting higher and higher.Therefore,the the quality of gasoline products integratng in the world,reducing automotive emission is trending.This paper proposed a 400,000t/a catalytic light gasoline etherification unit that produce ethanol gasoline or non-ethanol gasoline.The paper summarizes domestic and foreign etherification technologies of FCC light gasoline.The etherification process scheme and equipments scheme was mainly studied in this paper,as well as energy conservation,enviromental protection,security of the unit were analyaed.This paper analyzes and compares the energy consumption,the teriary amylene conversions and the RON of the technologies?LNE-1,LNE-2 and LNE-3?for FCC light gasoline etherification.Finally selected the LNE-3 technology process.The 400,000t/a light gasoline was simulated with the PRO?process simulation software,the theory of plate number of the catalytic distillation tower is 32,the incoming board position for17,The reflux ratio is 1.2.Through analysis of the mixed gas product,gasoline index have changed:gasoline octane improved 2.6 units,the olefins levels decreased in24.77v%,the saturated steam pressure dropped in 22kPa.Actual processing capacity is403,200 t/a.The unit working 8400 h/a.Operational flexibility 60¹10%.The the etherification process of FCC light gasoline can be used to generate the corresponding ether for the C₄^C₇ reactive olefins and alcoholes in gasoline,the octane value has increased 1² units,the steam pressure has fallen around 6Kpa,the total olefine content has dropped about 6¹0V%,substantoaly improve the quality of gasoline.More95#gasoline can be produced by increasing the octane value of the catalytic gasoline.The unit can also convert low-value methanol into high-value gasoline.The economic benefits will be significant after the installation.
