| Polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(PETG)is a kind of copolymer with excellent performance.PETG has good processing and forming behaviour.Notch impact strength of flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate(flame-retardant PBT)is low,its shrinkage is large,and its curing time is short,which is not suitable for 3D printing technology.A novel 3D printing material combined the merits of polyethylene PETG and flame-retardant PBT was developed through melt blending of PETG and flame-retardant PBT.It is of great significance to add conductive carbon black to melt blending PETG and PBT to make the alloy material have an electrical effect and further expand the materials needed for FDM 3D printing technology.PETG/PBT alloy materials with different mass ratios were obtained by melt blending,and the quality ratio of the PETG/PBT alloy was screened by using the silk and print.The compatibility of PETG/PBT blends was investigated By DSC.By TG,the thermal stability of PETG/PBT alloy was studied.The factors of the fused deposition modeling(FDM)printing process of PETG/PBT 3D printing material including printing nozzle temperature,hot bed temperature and printing speed were investigated carefully.The density,shrinkage and print product tensile strength of the alloy materials were tested and studied.A new 3D printing material was obtained by the determination of the mass ratio of the alloy material based on the thermal stability,shrinkage,warpage,tensile strength and 3D printing process conditions of the alloy material.The experimental results show that the PETG/PBT alloy with mass ratio of 7:3 has better thermal stability,a density of 1.23 g/cm3,shrinkage rate is smaller than that of PLA material.The tensile strength of the printed product is 49.09 MP,and a printing temperature range of 200~220℃,warpage rate is relatively small,hot bed temperature between 80~90℃,the printing speed of 30~60 mm/s,the printing effect is better,as a performance and printing process is reasonable and feasible new FDM 3D printing material.For a certain mass ratio of the alloy material,the conductivity,warpage,print product tensile strength,3D printing process conditions of the alloy composites which conductive carbon black added were studied to determine the amount of conductive carbon black added,and then the corresponding 3D printed materials were obtained.A PETG/PBT/Carbon black alloy composite with 3%mass percentage of conductive carbon black with less warpage was obtained by adding conductive carbon black.When the mass percentage of conductive carbon black was 10%,a PETG/PBT/Carbon black alloy composite material. |
