Petroleum,as a kind of non-renewable strategic materials to a country's economic development and security play an important role.Surfactants as used in the tertiary oil recovery process of a kind of oil displacement agent,plays an important and indispensable role.More difficult due to the oil exploration,common surfactants heat resistance,salt resistance,already could not meet the requirements of drilling condition..Therefore,the need to develop a new type of heat resistance,salt resistance of oil displacement by surfactant.Organic silicon compound because of its heat resistance,weather resistance,low surface tension and the advantages of low surface energy,has great potential in the tertiary oil recovery.This paper is intended to synthesize a kind of double end capping agent containing silicon.As a bridging groups of the Gemini surfactant,access through reaction hydrophilic group,and transform the performance of the molecules.In this paper,the second and third chapter respectively introduces the design of two kinds of monomer synthesis,fourth and fifth chapters respectively introduces two kinds of target product design synthesis.Chapter 2 content in chlorine methyl 2 methyl chlorosilane,ethanol,tetramethyl ethylene diamine as raw materials,such as through the alcoholysis reaction,quaternary ammonium reaction and hydrolysis reaction synthesis design a tetramethyl ethylenediamine base double end capping agent monomer;Third chapter content is ethyl silicate and silane coupling agent Kh570 as raw material,based on the classical Stober method design synthesis based on unsaturated bond improve nanometer SiO2 monomer,get uniform distribution,nano size between 70?140 nm.The fourth chapter is tetramethyl ethylenediamine double end capping agent monomer,eight four methyl siloxane,maleic anhydride and fatty alcohol as raw materials,product design synthetic goal organic silicon double sealing and oil displacement agent with new materials;The fifth chapter is based on unsaturated bond improve nanometer SiO2 four four methyl siloxane monomer,and six methyl two siloxane as raw materials,product design synthetic goal based on unsaturated bond improve nano oil displacement agent.And through the FT-IR,1 h-nmr monomer and the target product was verified.The sixth chapter two interfacial tension of oil displacement agent,surface tension,interfacial viscoelasticity and oil displacement experiment(EOR),etc.The results show that:the first kind of silicone oil displacement with double sealing agent new material up to 10-3?10-4 mN/m(80?,80 r);At 25 ?,and 4000 ppm test,surface tension of 25 mN/m;Decreases as the shear rate,the viscosity of oil displacement agent also showed a trend of increase,indicating that the oil displacement agent is accord with non-newtonian type expansion plastic fluid;The second is based on unsaturated bond to improve the interfacial tension of nano oil displacement agent 10-2 mN/m(80?,80 r);At 25 ?,and 4000 ppm test,its surface tension,up to 20 mn/m;Adhesion strength was reduced with the increase of oil displacement agent concentration trend,with the temperature lower adhesion strength showed a trend of decrease.And better oil displacement agent selection interface performance test(EOR)oil displacement experiments,the results show that the organic silicon displacement with new material of double end capping agent oil displacement efficiency can reach 3%?5%.Chapter 7 of synthetic oil displacement agent are summarized.
