The Effect Of Ionic Surfactants On The Properties Of Spin Finish Emulsions

In this paper,lauric acid polyoxyethylene(LAE)and polyethylene glycol dioleate(DQA)as emulsifier,oleate(QA)as the being emulsified,in this emulsification system,ionic surfactants were added to prepare microemulsions to study the effect of ionic surfactants on emulsion properties and oil properties.The results show that the particle size of the add anionic and cationic mixed ionic surfactant emulsion system is larger than that of the single ionic surfactant emulsion system.However,with the increase of the addition amount,the average particle size of the emulsion decreased,the PID value decreased and the emulsion system was more stable.However,with the increase of the amount of addition,the average particle size of the add anionic and cationic mixed ionic surfactant emulsion system decreases,the PID value decreases,the emulsion system is more stable;Compared with the addition of a single anionic surfactant,the add anionic and cationic mixed ionic surfactant emulsion system have lower surface tension and smaller critical micelle concentration,which in turn results in a smaller contact angle on the fiber surface and better wettability;And the conductivity is bigger,the phase inversion viscosity is smaller;With the increase of the amount of addition,the surface tension of the emulsion system is continuously reduced,the contact angle and the wetting time are also reduced,and the conductivity and viscosity of the emulsion system are increased.The oil film strength of high concentration oil system containing anionic and cationic mixed ionic surfactant is also larger than the emulsion system added by single ionic surfactant,the friction and friction coefficient of the oil film are smaller than that of single ionic surfactant.At the same time,when the anionic and cationic mixed ionic surfactant content increases,the oil film strength of the oil agent increases,while the frictional force and friction coefficient decrease.And when the different ionic surfactant formulated spinning emulsion applied to the surface of the polyester fiber,the antistatic and rubbing properties of the fibers applied with the emulsion of anionic and cationic mixed ionic surfactant are better than the latex coated with the single ionic surfactant.
