In recent years,the composite materials had a sustained trend towards functional and intelligent increasingly direction,and the research on environmental stimuli-responsive hydrogels were more and more in-depth.Among the various environmental stimuli-responsive polymers,Poly(n-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAM)have attracted the attention of researchers for its excellent thermal sensitivity and lower critical solution temperature(LCST)which is similar to human body temperature.In this paper,uniform-size well-shape excellent-dispersed nanogel microspheres were prepared by free radical precipitation polymerization.PNIPAAM nanogel microspheres have excellent temperature response performance,and P(NIPAM-co-AA)nanogel microbeads with excellent temperature and pH responsiveness.When the temperature changed from 25? to 45?,the change of particle size of PNIPAAM was about 43.3%and that of P(NIPAM-co-AA)was over 65.4%.The volume change delay of thermal sensitivity nanogel microspheres was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry.The experiments showed that the particle size of PNIPAAM nanogel microspheres gradually decreased and the particle size distribution of nanogel miclosplieres was more uniform with the increase of the amount of surfactant,and the particle size of nanogel microspheres decreased with the addition of a small amount of croslinking agent.When the content of acrylic acid was 15%,the volume change rate of P(NIPAM-co-AA)nanogel microspheres was the highest between pH 4.2 and 7.0.The cotton fabric finishing with P(NIPAM-co-AA)nanogel microspheres has got a small increases in hydrophilicity,more excellent moisture permeability at higher temperatures,which has potential to develop intelligent moisture-permeable sports textiles.In addition,Nanogel microspheres were used to prepare the regenerated fiber composite membrane with carbon nanotubes.The experiments showed the constituents had good compatibility.When the temperature rising or near-infrared laser irradiation,the permeability of Rhodamine B can be enhanced,which proved that the permeability of the composite membrane was environmental stimuli-responsive.
