Self-cleaning materials not only reduced the use of water,detergents and energy,but also labor costs due to its anti-fouling self-cleaning properties,having broad appli cation prospects.The research of photocatalytic self-cleaning textiles has made great progress in recent years,but some problems still existed such as complicated preparati on process and poor anti-aging properties of the products.In this paper,the polymer w ith anti-fouling and anti-aging properties as a binder,the nano-TiO2 particles were bon ded to the fabric surface during coating process,to obtain photocatalytic self-cleaning textiles with good anti-aging properties using a simple process.In this paper,the effects of preparation process and prescription of coating slurry,and the process of coating on the processing and properties of photocatalytic self-clea ning fabric were studied.The effects of TiO2 dosage on coating performance were ana lyzed.The effects of TiO2 dosage and species of coating slurry on the photocatalytic p roperties,antifouling properties and anti-aging properties of coated fabrics.The results showed that the aggregation degree of TiO2 in the coating slurry incr eased with the decreased of the amount of solvent in the coating slurry under the cond ition that coating slurry A:TiO2 = 20:1,so that the viscosity of the coating slurry incr eased sharply.The performance of the coating slurry coating and the photocatalytic pe rformance of the coating fabric were good when the solvent dosage was 47.5%.The p hotocatalytic layer obtained by twice coating had good uniformity and coating fabri c had good photocatalytic performance after coating process.The photocatalytic and h ydrophobic properties of coating fabrics decreased which were prepared by coating th e photocatalytic after primer treatment.With the increase of the amount of TiO2,the coating property of the coating pulp is deteriorated,the self-cleaning effect of coated fabric is enhanced,the aging resistance of coated fabric were deteri orated.Under the condition that TiO2/polymer mass fraction was 20%,the photocatal ytic self-cleaning coating textiles prepared with coating slurry A exhibited good photo catalytic and antifouling properties and poor anti-aging properties;the photocatalytic s elf-cleaning coated textiles prepared by the coating slurry B had strong photocatalyti c performance,good antifouling and anti-aging performance;the photocatalytic self-cl eaning coated textiles prepared by coating slurry C had weak photocatalytic performa nee,good antifouling and poor anti-aging properties.
