| As a kind of polyester differential fiber,profiled fine-denier polyester FDY has been accepted by the market generally because of its unique feel and glossy feature.Many large domestic chemical fiber production enterprises are vigorously developing and producing profiled fine-denier polyester FDY,which has a good market prospects and more economic efficiency.The requirements of finishes performances are high for the spinning process of.profiled fine-denier polyester FDY.Currently,finishes are dependent on mainly dependent on imports,such as Japan and Germany finish brand.Based on the experience of conventional FDY finishes,this paper analyzed the characteristics of profiled fine-denier polyester FDY and the requirements of spinning process,and filtered the main components of finishes which are composed of smoothing agent,antistatic agent,wetting agent,emulsifier agents and other monomers,eventually got the monomer with all the performances.And then according to the role of the functional monomer in finishes and the requirements of process,profiled fine denier polyester FDY was compounded with the respective monomers addition ratio.Physical properties and performance indexes of profiled fine-denier polyester FDY finishes were investigated in this paper,which included the appearance,viscosity,smoothness,wettability,heat resistance,smoke resistance and emulsion stability of the finishes,and compared with the F-1724 and L-143p imported finishes.The results showed that physical indicators of profiled fine-denier polyester FDY finishes and imported finishes was basically the same,moreover other performance indicators were the same or better than the imported finishes.In order to evaluate the spinnability of self-made fine-denier polyester FDY finishes,this paper carried out the experiment of spinning experiment with L-143p imported finishes as contrast.In this part,profiled fine-denier polyester FDY finishes reduced the yarn breakage number and made lower site fumes,and the physical properties of fibers were normal.In the weaving process,the fibers had good spinnability,which showed that profiled fine-denier polyester FDY could fully meet the requirements of fiber spinning and post-processing. |
