The invention of electronic computer is a milestone in human history,which has become indispensable in modern society of information,and dramatically changed the way of human's life.As the more and more high integration requirements of electronic computer based on integrated circuit,its development has been gradually limited by technology allowed.So developing a new kind of computing concept become an important trend,and biological computing,molecular computing,protein computing and photon calculation attract extensive attention.Nucleic acid nano-materials gradually developed into dominating material in molecular computing research.Paticularly,DNA molecular structure with genetic characteristics is exquisite.It includes four kinds of base compositions,and informations store in the innate characteristic base quaternary combination.Information parallel processing at the nanoscale could achieve high capacity operations of low-power.It has a good maneuverability and strong ability of recognition and signal transduction that combine DNA and other nanoscale molecular materials.Computing models are designed abstractly by corresponding natural reaction process including information processing mechanism to achieve computational process.In April 2016,a technique implementing synthetic DNA as data storage medium was showd by Microsoft and the University of Washington,which gives the hope to future combination between DNA hybridization and semiconductor industry to manufacturing gene chip.In this article,the research background and current situation of the biological computing development are introduced firstly,as well as,nano materials(G-quadruplex,deoxyribozyme and streptavidin-biotin)and nanotechnology,such as polymerase chain reaction,polypropylene acyl ammonia gel electrophoresis experiment operation,used in DNA computing based on biological molecules are also presented.On the basis of summarizing and concluding technological type in DNA logic computing based on nanometer material,three kind of molecular logic computing models were put forward.The first model is based on the formation and disaggregation of G-quadruplex.The second realized logic calculation through fluorescence quenching and recovering to build molecular probe mediated by streptavidin-biotin and deoxyribozymes.And the last model is designed on DNA origami based on strand displacement.The main work in this article is as follows:(1)Firstly,this article recommended the development and research situation of biological computing,and summarized the study and achievement of biological computing at home and abroad.Its development potential and application prospect are presented clearly that enable people learn and understand this potential field deeply.(2)Then,this article mainly introduced nano materials and nanotechnology,such as polymerase chain reaction used in DNA computing solving NP-complete problem and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis used in strand displacement reaction,to make more and more learning about properties and applications of nanomaterials,as well as,principle and operation of nano technology.Thus,DNA molecular logic computing models could be stated adequately.(3)The third chapter of this article,mainly showed three simple logic gates(YES,AND and NOT)based on strand displacement through the formation and disaggregation of nano-material G-quadruplex,in which combine hemin.Single strand DNA and G-quadruplex were input and output respectively.(4)In the fourth chapter,displayed molecular probe machine computing model mediated by streptavidin and deoxyribozyme,which using DNA strand displacement and fluorescent tags to build two double-input AND logic gates.In this model,single-strand DNA as input signal molecule induced fluorescence quenching and recovering reactions,and relative fluorescence intensity as the output signal.In order to explore the the feasibility and sensitivity,we explored the best concentration of input signal in the case of certain substrate components concentration.And in the second logic gate mediated by,we exploxed the optimal concentration of deoxyribozymes.(5)Finally,I designed molecular computing model on DNA origami to realize"0-1-0" conversion calculation on the special surface by combing DNA self-assembly template structure with DNA replacement.Some free chain in the special position of the DNA origami extened to participate in DNA replacement.
