In recent years,with garlic prices soaring and rising demand,garlic processing industry booming,the number and size of all kinds of garlic processing enterprise increased year by year,creating a lot of garlic wastewater.Due to the waste water is mainly contains allicin,garlic allicin poorly soluble in water,oily liquid,mixed with ethanol,ether and benzene and so on have the very strong pungent and spicy,has a strong inhibition on the growth of microbes and kill effect,affecting the normal operation of the wastewater treatment.Therefore,using a process treatment effect is not good and the cost is higher,not only for this kind of high concentration organic wastewater usually adopt a variety of combination process for processing.The current study of garlic wastewater is less than other wastewater at home and abroad,may refer to the literature is limited.This paper takes LAN,in both agricultural and sideline products trading co.,LTD in processing 10000 tons of garlic projects are studied,according to the requirements of the wastewater flow rate,inlet concentration and processing,through combination than to choose a variety of process,decided to adopt the physicochemical + biochemical method(hydrolytic acidification + anaerobic aerobic)process.The concentration of allicin was reduced by using preaeration oxidation blowoff,gas flotation adsorption,and the treatment of water reflux dilution.Secondly,the content of the SS is reduced by using hydraulic screen + gas float,and in the process of removing SS,it will remove some of the garlic and reduce its influence on the subsequent biochemical treatment system.Then the anaerobic and aerobic combination treatment process can be used to remove other pollutants and ensure the discharge of the wastewater.After the treatment of garlic wastewater through the process of the design of this scheme,after a period of operation,the water quality reaches the standard for pollutant discharge of urban sewage(CJ343-2010).Therefore,it is proved that this process is feasible and effective for treating the wastewater treatment of garlic slice processing.
