The rubber industry will have an impact on all aspects,such as population,economy,society and culture,free trade investment and global climate change.Under the background of globalization and free world trade,the demand of world rubber production is increasing.Therefore,the sustainable development of the rubber industry is particularly important.People's demand for their own environmental quality is increasing,and the antibacterial research of natural latex sponge is conducive to creating a comfortable and safe living environment.This paper mainly includes:The natural latex sponge modified by quaternary ammonium compounds(QACs)is used to prepare antibacterial latex products that are different from ordinary latex materials.The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR and Scanning Electron Microscopy.At the same time,the antibacterial effects test of latex sponge on Gram-positive bacteria Escherichia coli(E.coli)ATCC25922 and Gram-negative bacteriaStaphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)were carried out.The results showed that the antibacterial effect of latex products on S.aureus of Gram-negative bacteria was 15-25 mm,and the bacteriostatic efficiency was 95-100%.The bacteriostatic width of E.coli ATCC25922 was 10-20 mm and the bacteriostatic efficiency was 70-85%.After a long period of time,the antibacterial effect of the slow-release analysis,the bacteriostatic effect can still reach 90%.The choice of microcapsules is sodium alginate and chitosan.For the preparation of EP1 Microcapsule with Composite capsule,the software Design-expert was first fitted.The concentration of sodium alginate in the fitting surface was 2.69 g/100m L,the concentration of Chitosan was 0.8g/100m L,and calcium chloride concentration was 2.01 g/100m L.Under this condition,the embedding rate of sustained-release microcapsules was 79.18%.Through the actual model verification,the best quality score of skim milk is 6%,the best quality fraction of sucrose is 8%,the best quality fraction of sodium alginate is 9%,the best mass fraction of ?-CD is 10%,and the best quality fraction of glycerol is 4%.The microcapsules formed by sodium alginate and chitosan contain QACs,which protect QACs in similar eggshell structures well.Because of the encapsulation of microcapsule,the antibacterial effect of QACs release slowly,which achieves antibacterial effect as long as possible.The structure of the modified natural latex sponge with compound microcapsules was preliminarily characterized by FTIR,thermogravimetry and scanning electron microscopy.The physical tests on the tensile strength and compressive hardness of the modified latex sponge were also carried out.The average tensile strength is unchanged basically,all is 44kPa.The average pressure limit hardness of 40%is basically unchanged,which is 248N.Therefore,the slowly released microcapsule of quaternary ammonium salt,is applied to the processing of natural latex sponge.So that the latex sponge can be more sustained and antibacterial,and can provide a better quality of life and living environment.
