Trifluoromethylation Cyclization Of Olefinic Compounds | Posted on:2019-03-07 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Q Ye | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2351330542464198 | Subject:Organic Chemistry | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | This dissertation mainly deals with the trifluoromethylation-cyclization of alkenes in the presence of Togni II reagent as trifluoromethylating reagent and comprises two parts:1)copper-catalyzed intramolecular carbotrifluoromethylation of ene-imines fortheconstructionof3-(2,2,2-trifluoro)ethylated4-amino-chromans;2)copper-catalyzed intramolecular carbotrifluoromethylation of ene-oximes.In the first part,ene-imines undergo an interesting copper-catalyzed intramolecular carbotrifluoromethylation reaction in the presence of Togni II upon heating at 40 oC in dichloromethane to give the corresponding 3-trifluoroethylated4-amino-chromans in moderate to good yields with excellent regioselectivity.In this reaction,using B2pin2and 4A MS as additive could improve the yield of expected products.A possible mechanism was proposed based on the experimental results.The carbotrifluoromethylation reaction of yne-imine was also studied and the yield of corresponding product was only 30%.In the second part,intramolecular carbotrifluoromethylation reaction of ene-oximes was achieved under copper catalysis under mild conditions.The product was obtained in 85%isolated yield in the presence of DABCO as additive.The reaction has excellent regioselectivity.Trifluoromethylation takes place at the terminal of olefin. | Keywords/Search Tags: | ene-imine, ene-oxime, Togni Ⅱ reagent, trifluoromethylation, cyclization, additive | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
