In heterogeneous catalysis systems that products could be readily separated from the reaction mixtures,reaction at the liquid-liquid or solid-liquid interface.In the solid surface or two kinds of liquid interface reaction,the catalyst plays an important role.However,heterogeneous catalysts are usually less reactive,necessitating harsher conditions,such as higher temperature and pressure,and could be less selective or substrate-selective in some cases.Therefore,the development of highly efficient and easy to separate multi-phase catalyst is worthy of study.In this paper,the synthesis and application of polyurea-encapsulated copper catalysts were studied based on the novel polyurea materials as the carrier.In the first chapter,we introduced the synthesis and application of polyurea,followed by a brief overview of the multi-component reactions in recent years,focusing on the characteristics of multi-component reactions and their application fields;introduced the rapid development of the multi-component reaction in the fields of material engineering,drug synthesis,synthesis of pesticide,natural product and its derivatives.In the following,the progress of the synthesis of triazoles was summarized.The progress of synthesis of organic azide and alkynes or olefins and other monosubstituted,disubstituted and substituted triazoles was introduced.Finally,the structural properties of epoxy compounds and the mechanism of epoxy ring-opening reaction and the development and application are introduced.In the second chapter,the synthesis of polyurea macromolecules and its application as catalysts were carried out.Based on the Huisgen reaction catalyzed by Cu(1),we designed the functional polyurea polymer in situ to coat copper Cu-catalyzed multi-component Huisgen reaction,the three-component Huisgen cycloaddition reaction with epoxy compounds,sodium azide and terminal alkynes as substrates.A series of polyurea polymers were synthesized from diamines and diisocyanate compounds.The solubility,molecular weight and particle size were measured.Then,the polyurea polymer was reacted with cuprous chloride to catalyze the target reaction,and the reaction conditions including solvent,temperature,reaction time and pressure were screened and optimized.The results of reaction kinetics showed that the catalyst had good catalytic activity for the cycloaddition reaction,and the recovery was repeated 5 times in the experiment,and the higher yield could still be achieved,indicating that the catalytic activity of the catalyst was higher than that of the catalyst and activity was not significantly reduced.Finally,the substrate of the reaction was expanded.In the third chapter,we tried the catalytic performance of the polyurea-encapsulated copper system for the epoxy ring-opening reaction.We found that using 1%cuprous chloride and 10%polyurea to form a catalyst by in situ coating,the β-amino alcohol compounds can be synthesized in high yield with water as solvent and normal temperature and normal pressure,and good chemical selectivity can be maintained.
