As the world economic market gradually formed a whole,the speed of new product into the market is the main factors to determine success or failure in enterprise competition.Because of the rapid prototyping technology can help greatly shortened product development cycle,therefore,in recent years,the rapid prototyping technology has been developing rapidly.Among them,the fused deposition molding technology has the highest penetration rate.In order to further shorten the production cycle,Mobile manufacturing technology has become the development trend of future,using the technology,can finish product moldingon the way of transportation,and to reduce the time from starting producing the production to the customergetting theproduct.However,when the carrier for transportation such as cars,ships,planes,fused deposition molding machine will have horizontal acceleration,vertical acceleration,angular velocityaround the xyz axis,vibration,etc.,this must affect the success rate of fused deposition molding machine molding parts.Therefore,when using fused deposition molding technology in the mobilemanufacture,in order to guarantee the success of the molding,must ensure molding part stay with the workbench.In the condition of complex movement,must study the stress distribution of the bond face of the forming parts with the workbench.Among them,the polylactic acid(PLA)material is fused deposition molding's mainly consumables,and PLA is a kind of renewable resource,has greater advantages than other materials,and will be widely used.Therefore,doing the fused deposition molding research is of great significance based on PLA consumablesinmobile manufacturing.This paper has mainly carried out the following several aspects:(1)The influential factors of forming quality of mobile manufacturing are analyzed and studied.The influencing factors of forming quality of mobile manufacturing mainly include software processing error,mechanical error,material deformation error,process parameter setting error,special working condition error and post-molding processing error.The main difference between mobile manufacturing technology and ordinary molten deposition modeling technology is that mobile manufacturing technology has special working conditions including acceleration,vibration,angular velocity and the like.And for the special conditions,put forward to improve the accuracy of the method.(2)The forming parts and the bonding mechanism with the workbench were studied and analyzed.Based on the characteristics of PLA materials,it was concluded that the bond strength of the bonding surface is mainly determined by the strength of the forming consumables.Theoretical analysis of the movement of mobile manufacturing technology,the analysis shows that the mobile manufacturing process,the main movement of the state with acceleration and vibration with the movement of the state.The method of reducing vibration in mobile manufacturing technology is proposed.(3)The stress theory of mobile manufacturing technology is analyzed and the positive four-sided model of the forming model is abstracted.According to the forming model,stress analysis in vertical direction acceleration,stress analysis in horizontal direction and horizontal Analysis of stress in oblique direction acceleration results in the relationship between acceleration and maximum stress and the structural dimensions of the forming model.It is judged that the position of the dangerous cross section is always located on the bottom of the molded part,and the position of the dangerous cross section is independent of the acceleration magnitude and the structural size of the forming model.(4)Through INVENTOR driven dimension simulation and ANSYS and SOLIDWORKS driving simulation,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified,and the conclusion is drawn that the position of the dangerous section is always located on the bonding surface between the forming model and the workbench,and the maximum stress value of the bonding surface and the positive edge The length and height of the top of the top are directly proportional to the length of the bottom of the regular quadrangular prism.The maximum stress value of the bond surface is mainly caused by the horizontal acceleration,which is proportional to the maximum stress value of the bond surface.When the horizontal acceleration is 45° to the bottom,the maximum stress is applied to the bonding surface,and the horizontal stress is 0° or 90° to the bottom.Resonance analysis under prestress was conducted,pointing out that it is necessary to avoid resonance in mobile manufacturing.Through the research resultsabove,we can make a more reasonable parts forming process,and a more reasonable structure design of parts,so as to improve the success rate of mobile manufacturing in fused deposition molding,avoid the stick face failure in complex motions.Prestressed modal analysis of the results can provide some guidance for engineering design personnel,to improve the bonding surface of parts forming process reliability,andprovide a valuable reference for preventingthe bond failure.
