Sayram Lake,called "net sea",is located in the west of western the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Chinese Yining City,silk road,North Road,Bole City,90 kilometers southwest of Western Tianshan mountain basin,the east longitude 81 degrees 05 '-81 degrees 15',30 '-44 degrees north latitude 44 degrees 42',is the largest in Xinjiang cold mountain lake,the lake 2071.9 meters above the sea level.Total 21 billion cubic meters of water storage.The lake had no fish in 1998,imported from Russia,whitefish,Coregonus autumnali high cold water fish farming,2000 for the first time have finished fish fishing,the end of the Sayram Lake has not fish history,after ten years of development,Sayram Lake is one of important cold water fish production base in Xinjiang.Study on Sayram Lake,the first published in 1974,the fish breeding work is introduced,then the formation and evolution mechanism of the analysis of the Wang Shuji in 1978.In recent years,the research of Sayram Lake gradually increased,mainly focused on the biological characteristics of fish,fish transplantation etc.,there are a few studies on the hydro chemical characteristics and surface area of temporal changes,the influence of warm humid climate.The physical and chemical factors in water are the basis for the survival of aquatic organisms,which determines the type and quantity of aquaculture.But the system research on Sayram Lake physic and chemical factors and temporal and spatial distribution of water quality evaluation is less,only Chen Zhijun summed up the hydrochemistry of the geographical features of the period 2004-2006 in Sayram Lake and the lake and the water quality assessment [5].With the passage of time,the physical and chemical factors of lake water may change,which will affect the development of fisheries.However,systematic studies on Sayram Lake physicochemical factors in recent years has never been reported.In order to fully develop and utilize the water resources of Sayram Lake in Xinjiang,in 201-2015 years,systematically studied the salinity and temperature,ion composition,Lake dissolved oxygen(DO),p H,chemical oxygen demand(COD),total phosphorus,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,transparency,chlorophyll a(Chl-a),the temporal and spatial variation.And the water quality of Sayram Lake was evaluated.The results show that the spatial and temporal differences between the water quality parameters in Sayram lake.The water p H range from 8.1 to 9.2 in Sayram Lake,with an average of 8..99.In the same section,the change of PH in the upper and lower layers of water is not big,the change of p H measured at different locations is very small,and the annual variation of the measured results is small.Sayram Lake,clear lake,the transparency of the 6-13.5m,lake shore is greater than the transparency of transparency,often due to wind,waves have great influence on transparency.The average salinity was 3.58 in the investigated area,and the variation of salinity in the different sites was very small.Sayram Lake water dissolved oxygen was 7.1-11.5mg/L.The surface is negatively related to the changes of dissolved oxygen,dissolved oxygen and temperature in August was the lowest,and comparison with the national surface water quality standard of water environment standard,obtained in August 2010 and February 2011 and June 2014 and January 2015,the overall water quality in good condition,in addition to the total hardness,sulfate as the standards of the three and 2014 2015,total phosphorus and total nitrogen in 2015 four level standards,other projects are in line with the following two water standards,through eutrophication index evaluation method analysis showed no lake eutrophication,several measured water quality data and through the single factor evaluation method calculations show that the Sayram Lake has not been external environmental pollution,is suitable for various water sources,at the same time also suitable for fishery development on water quality requirements,Sayram Lake is located in the Xinjiang plateau,the average annual runoff volume,Lake Water water chemical composition is relatively stable,the water quality is in good condition,not affected by external environmental pollution,can the development and utilization of water resources to develop aquaculture aquaculture Sailimu Lake rich.
