In recent years,porous materials have been widely used in the separation,filtration,adsorption,biological engineering,drug targeted release and other fields.At present,a large number of methods can be used to prepare a variety of organic or inorganic porous materials.Among of them,the colloidal crystal template method is the most widely used.The pore distribution of porous materials prepared by colloidal crystal template method is uniform and ordered,and the pore size can be adjusted by adjusting the size of colloidal particles,which has attracted much attention from many scientists.However,the macro-structure for most of the porous materials is common,when they are used in the filtration may be need a certain device,the operation is complex,and its functionality and intelligence also need to be further improved.In this paper,based on the preparation of porous materials by colloidal crystal template method,a kind of microfiltration membrane with binary porous structure was prepared by combination of breath figure(BF)and improving the film matrix to control the morphology.The porous polyurea microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization of polyurea microspheres,and their related applications were explored respectively.In addition,a thermosensitive porous reversed phase column was prepared by using template method in glass tube.The main contents of this paper can be divided into the following three aspects:(1)By combination of BF and colloidal crystal template methods and controlling the BPPO concentration and the size of the colloidal particles,a pocket-shaped microfiltration membrane of BPPO with binary porous structure was prepared on the glass substrate of one end of the capillary tube which was sintered into the ball.The pocket-shaped membrane with binary porous structure is very convenient to connect with a syringe and can be applied to microfiltration and sample preparation facilely,which has a wider potential application.(2)Porous polyurea microspheres(PPUM)with porous and crosslinked structure,were prepared by adding crosslinking agent TETA and SiO2 nanoparticles directly when precipitation polymerization of IPDI in acetone and water solvents.We also studied the effect of the amount and the size of SiO2,the amount of crosslinking agent TETA on the morphology,size and density of the surface pores.The adsorption properties for dyes of the cross-linked PPUM had been investigated.The results demonstrated that the crosslinked PPUM showed high capability of absorbing both iodine and MO dyes in water,which indicated that it had important application prospect in dye adsorption treatment.(3)In the glass tube,a reversed-phase porous polystyrene column was prepared by colloidal crystal template method,and the temperature-responsive polymer NIPAM was introduced.The effiect of temperature and NIPAM content was studied by optimizing the experimental conditions,and some of the experimental devices were used to measure the conductivity of the KCl solution which verified the effect of different experimental conditions on the pore size of the reversed phase column,and paved the way for further exploration of its application.In summary,based on the previous work,by changing the macro and microstructure of porous materials,the operation are more simple and efficient when they are used,and we also explore its functionality and intelligence.It has a certain reference for the design and construction of novel separation,filtration,adsorption materials and equipment.
