Since last 21 st,the demand for cement is increasing due to China's rapid real estate development.It will consume massive electricity and massive coal and mine resources during production process,it will produce massive harmful gases like nitrogen oxides,sulfur oxides and carbon monoxide,in addition,the problem of carbon dioxide production and emissions should not be underestimated.Hence it is urgent to find a green and environmental-friendly replaceable material.After combing the existing research literature,we made clear that at present,the main production materials of geopolymer cement products are: mineral powder,fly ash,metakaolin,etc.The using range of geopolymer cement products is same as normal cement,but it don't need high temperature when prepare geopolymer cement compare with normal cement.During production it won't generate pollution gas.Arts and crafts is easy,so it is east to construct.And it has better durability.The paper major researched:(1)The effect of alkali activator on the fluidity,setting time and compressive strength of geopolymer cement was studied,In this paper,three kinds of activators are mainly studied: sodium silicate,sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide.(2)The optimum ratio of alkali activator is obtained,which is based on the change of water glass modulus and alkali content of two factors,the results are analyzed and summarized in the end.(3)The determination of the optimum proportion of mineral admixture is mainly based on the influence of two factors,such as fly ash and mineral powder yield,the results of in-depth investigation and determine the final conclusion.(4)The change of the properties of geopolymer cement under different steam curing condition was determined.(5)Geopolymer cement mortar and concrete were prepared on the basis of optimum ratio,the performance test of geopolymer cement mortar and concrete.The experiment result indicated that:(1)The conditions of good effect of excitation are the addition of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate.It can be found that there is a positive correlation between the fluidity of soil cement and the modulus of water glass,at the same time,there is a negative correlation between the fluidity of soil cement and the alkalinity of activator.The optimum conditions for the properties of the geopolymer cement are: 18%alkalinity,water glass modulus of 1.4.(2)When mix coal powder+mine powder up as admixture,its every function is fair when admixture respectively is 5% and 15%.(3)The strength of geopolymer cement will be improved after proper steam treatment.The optimal steam curing condition of geopolymer cement is 65,the curing time is 1h..(4)According to above geopolymer cement mortar with the best mixture ratio has seven fair intensity days.The compressive strengthof geopolymer cement mortar is obviously higher than that of ordinary mortar after high temperature treatment.It has fair hot-resistant.(5)Compared with ordinary concrete,the strength of soil aggregate concrete for 7th days and 28 th days is better;At the same water amount,the slump degree of geopolymer cement is more larger.On the 28 thday,shrink value is small,it has better durability.In conclusion,geopolymer cement has tremendous advantage and giant development prospects compare with normal cement.Another,its application space is very broad.
