The coal has always occupied the dominant position in the energy structure because of the energy utilization mode of China’s "rich coal,lack oil and Jess gas"energy resources and coal-fired power generation.At the same time, the flow of coal resources in different industries has significant characteristics of industrial use,however, coal is the carrier of carbon and coal utilization is the main source of carbon dioxide emissions in China.China’s coal industry resource recycling has been limited to a large extent.Carbon emissions is still large and the coal economy ecological system is far from perfect.Thus,coal resources along the industry in the process of consumption of carbon emissions has become an important breakthrough in carbon emission reduction path optimization.As the world’s largest consumer of coal,in response to global climate change,the Chinese government takes the initiative to make a commitment that carbon dioxide emissions will reach the peak in about 2030 and fight as soon as possible to peak by 2030 and meanwhile carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP will fall 60% to 65% lower than in 2005.With the development of carbon emission reduction in China,it is urgent to carry out the analysis of carbon emission effect in coal utilization.Taking the flow of coal resources in China as the research object and using the material flow analysis,this paper analyses the carbon emissions of coal resource flow generated in the process of the origin,path,quantity and efficiency .First of all,on China’s coal as fuel for energy and industrial processes and products using raw materials for metabolic analysis.Generally,coal resources sectors can be divided into two major categories according to use:energy utilization and industrial processes and product use.This paper selected carbon emissions,contribution rates and carbon efficient index synthetically as fundamental variable for measuring carbon scale,share and efficiency of coal resources flow and comparatively analyzed different sectors for the effects of carbon emissions in 2012.The results show that the carbon is tracked within the social and economic system and coal resources flow shows different states for subsystems.Besides,direct carbon emissions of coal resources are unevenly distributed,with concentration of sectors and significant difference between carbon emissions efficiency.As for carbon effects essence,direct carbon emission was significantly different among various industrial sectors,which can be divided into high,medium and low carbon sectors.Then this paper carrys out provincial calculation of the provincial coal resources flow between the carbon effect comparison to further reveal Chinese provincial coal resources flow of carbon efficiency of the global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis using spatial statistical methods, and then further reveal China’s coal resources flow and carbon emission efficiency space dependent on spatial difference, that is, carbon emission efficiency is similar to that of the region showing a trend of agglomeration distribution in space.Based on the above analysis,this paper discusses the related factors of the spatial difference of carbon emissions effect in the process of coal resource flows: per capita GDP,capacity and processing capacity and industrial structure.Finally, the input-output coefficient is used to calculate the influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient, and the rationality of the coal resource flow is compared with the result of the carbon effect accounting.From the point of view of the rationality of coal resource flow, the low carbon emission department is the most reasonable department of coal resources utilization structure in China. Emission reduction policies should therefore have the authority to decrease carbon production and improve the efficiency of carbon on the road,promoting the allocation structure of coal resources in the industrial sectors gradually tend to rationalize, to achieve clean and efficient utilization of savings. |
