Reserves volumes of oil and gas have directly borne on a nation’s economic security and livelihood since such kinds of energy resources are regarded as a nation’s lifeblood.Since reform and opening-up of our country along with boost of its economy,demanding of energy keeps increasing year by year.Despite of growth of proven reserves,in terms of its consumption,gas supply is in shortage occasionally or seasonally.Therefore,a certain amount of gas storage has important significance to secure its supplying.At present,subsurface salt cavern has been applied globally wide which is regarded highly safe.However,construction of a salt cavern is very complex,which concerns many aspects such as multi-fields,huge scale,significant investment,high uncertainties,and rich hazards,and also concerns multilateral interests leading to non-control to its construction if investment encountered any issues.Hence,a study on mono-construction investment has great significance to facilitate our nation’s subsurface gas storage,stable long distance gas transportation,harmony between safe and economic,and success of maximization both in commercial and social benefit.Based on theories in fields of management,investment,system analysis engineering and so on,the paper is discussing and studying on mono-construction investment of Jintan salt cavern.Firstly,with brainstorm,elements are identified and analyzed which impacts the mono-construction of salt cavern,and afterwards a hierarchical structure model is established for it;secondly,with knowledge of system dynamics,a dynamic performance model is set up for mono-construction of salt cavern to discover inner correlation and to test its efficiency;lastly,real case analysis is discussed by applying optimized model.The conclusion of the paper is not only helpful to perfect theory of optimization of investment on salt cavern,but also provides the scientific reference to investors. |
