To reduce a lot of transportation costs,the iron and steel enterprises,in southwest China,use local rich resources of low-grade iron ore and imported high-quality materials mixed method to smelt.In order to optimize the charge structure of blast furnace smelting of low grade iron ore,explore the factors that influence low-grade iron blast furnace coke,to reduce the blast furnace coke rate,save resources and reduce production costs and loss.In this paper,selected a blast furnace of 2500m3 in A Iron&Steel Plant in Southwest China as the research sample,systematic study of its charge structure,coke ratio calculation and other aspects,and thus completed the low-grade iron ore blast furnace reasonable charge forecast software interface coding.First,according to the sample blast furnace smelting low grade iron ore actual production data,researched the effect of Ti on hot metal charge structure,and compared the basicity of the slag to obtain the optimum basicity.Then studied on the burden structure of blast furnace smelt low grade iron ore,completed the establishment of the reasonable charge structure model.The use of the model makes the sample blast furnace consumption of low-grade iron ore down to 1806.95kg/t,the ore costs fell to 1527.34yuan/t.Then,according to the traditional blast furnace coke ratio calculation model,analyzed the meaning of each parameter in the model,revised and explained some of the parameters in the traditional model.Constructed the calculation model of the coke ratio suitable for smelting low grade iron ore.Took the production data of 5 months of sample blast furnace as the research object.Explored the Ti element effect and reasons on blast furnace theoretical coke rate K’s main influence factors Cd,Cb and Cc,combined with the carbon balance figure in this paper analyzes the reasons of their impact.The results show that Ti elements will increase Cd and Cb,but Cc will decreases.Due to the difference of Cd and Cb increase or decrease rate,lead the Co in carbon balance figure to reduce.Finally,according to the blast furnace reasonable burden structure model and coke ratio calculation model for smelting low-grade iron ore in this paper,written the prediction system of blast furnace reasonable burden structure for smelting low-grade iron ore,interface program code by Eclipse that is JDK operating environment Java work platform.The program passes a known amount of input,just like the ore composition,fuel composition,process parameters,and so on,by the background operation,the basic data about charge structure,consumption of ore and composition of the pig iron in this model would be got. |
