Nickel-based porous materials with the stability of shape,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,good permeability,etc.,commonly used in the production of filter,batteries,electrodes,sound-absorbing,energy-absorbing materials,and biological materials and other functional materials,have broad application prospect and development value.At present,the preparation process of nickel-based porous materials is complicated,high cost,and the porosity and pore size are difficult to control.In this study,K2C03 with no toxicity,good chemical stability and high decomposition temperature was used as pore-forming agent,and nickel and nickel(1)K2CO3 as pore-forming agent,the pure nickel and Monel porous filter samples were successfully prepared by powder metallurgy method.This method has the advantages of simple and short,low cost process,and is easy to control porosity and pore size.47.32%,the average pore size in 6.3μm~6.3μm,thickness in 1.82~2,68mm,opening rate above 88%;The porosity of Monel porous filter sample are in range of 31.38%~46.37%,the mean pore size in 3.9μm~6.2μm,the thickness in 1.78~2.67mm,the opening rate above 90%.(2)The porosity of pure nickel porous filter samples are in range of 26.91%~alloy porous samples were prepared by sintering-dissolving method.The effects of different parameters on porosity,pore size,permeability and mechanical properties of nickel-based porous materials were studied.The following conclusions were obtained.(3)The porosity of ’pure nickel and Monel porous samples decreases with the increase of pressure,sintering temperature and holding time.The permeability of pure nickel porous filter samples are in range of 96.31~389.98 m3/(h.kPa.m2).The permeability of Monel porous filter samples are in 21.65~131.95 m3/(h.kPa.m2).The permeability of two kinds of filter samples increases with the increase of the volume fraction of pore-forming agent,and decreases with the increase of compact pressure.Sintering temperature in range of 1000 ℃~1250℃,pore diameter and permeability of the pure nickel porous samples increases first,and then decreases.Sintering temperature in range of 850 ℃~1000 ℃,pore diameter and permeability of porous Monel samples increases first,and then reduces.(4)The compressive strength of porous nickel samples with the porosity of 26.91%to 47.32%are 25.2 MPa-22.8 MPa.and can meet the requirement of most filtration device for pressure strength.Monel porous samples with the porosity of 31.38%to 46.37%,did not show a significant yield platform during the compression process.With the increase of porosity,the slope of the stress-strain curve at initial stage is decreased,and the elastic modulus decreases.
