Research And Application Of Open-pit Mine Stripping-displacement Algorithm With Minimum Freight Rate As The Target

There is the best object of open-pit dumping transport in theory,but the dump-transport programme using existing algorithm to plan that limited the actual situation of stripping and transport,is not only to make sure that the total freight of the all rocks transport in boundry is least,but also determine the information of rock transport in the boundry,difficult to be effectively used in mining the actual displacement in transport.In this paper,with the target of least transport cost,research and develop a new type of theory and algorithm,optimize the route and displacement location of all rocks in boundry based on the actual situation of the open-pit.That plays an important role to reduce the cost of rocks transportation costs and improve enterprise economic benefits and enhance the sustainable development ability.Based on block model of stope and dump,this paper make total haul transfer the sum of many blocks transport.Using cone simulate final form of rock dumping,coming up with using cone evaluated for possible elimination that make centroid point of blocks as vertex of cone to confirm some location in the dump.Make all factors that affect dumping transport as a whole optimize,coming up with open-pit dumping transport overall optimizing theory,using the least total freight as target,define and assume some conditions,make the total freight transfer to the least distance,enumerate all dumping transport objects between stope and dump,contrast and analyze the least distance of all dumping transport projects,confirm the optimal project and prove dumping transport overall optimizing theory.Based on cone evaluated for possible elimination and overall optimizing theory,establish open-pit stripping-registration para-position algorithm that search the least distance of all blocks in the boundry.The design ideas of this algorithm make wait-dumping rock in the boundry confirm the target block according to order of mining and registration,going through cone evaluated for possible elimination to confirm some dumping location of the target block in the dump,using overall optimizing theory confirm the optimal dumping location of the target block from some dumping location.Using the computer program that based on "open-pit stripping-row of ship registration algorithm" to calculate the minimum distance of car transport in soil and auto-tape transport line soil,apply the calculating result to realize transport planning of 3d visualization by using 3DMine mining software and prove the effectiveness and practicability of the calculation results.
