The main task of this paper is to fabricating divalent transition metal salts@cellular materials core-shell materials like ZnC12、NiCl2 or CoCl2 et al,this kind of core-shell materials will exhibite its excellent use in gas selected-adsorption such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide owing to its lewis acis active sites of the core and the selectivity pore canal of the shell.(Possibly applying this core-shell materials to synthesizing MPC in the MC and phenol system in our research),taking NiCl2@4A into use as an example,in the process of catalytic reaction,NH3(0.26 nm)could penetrate though 4A(0.4 nm)membrane and then coordinate with NiCl2 to form core-shell Ni(NH3)2Cl2@4A while C6H5O-et al,because of more larger kinetic diameter(more than 0.5 nm)and thus are prevented from penetrating 4A membrane,can not coordinate with NiCl2,also,though simple thermal desorption of Ni(NH3)2Cl2@4A in noble gas,NiCl2@4A re-obtained,two methods to synthesizing the target catalysts and their results are:Method one:1、Heterogeneous process was taken to make CoCl2、CdCl2 and NiCl2 into its chloride ammonium salt,XRD combine with TG-DSC prove their molecular formula were Co(NH3)6Cl2、Cd(NH3)2Cl2 and Ni(NH3)6Cl2.There are spherality,octahedron and macadam shapes of Co(NH3)6Cl2,octahedron shape of Cd(NH3)2Cl2 and large irregular of Ni(NH3)6Cl2 particles.2、4A molecular sieve and ZIF-8 were successfully synthesized.3、Zeta potential instrument was introduced to test zeta potential of 4A、ZIF-8 and Cd(NH3)2Cl2,but Cd(NH3)2Cl2 has undergone hydrolyzing into Cd4Cl3(OH)5 through modifing using polyelectrolyte,finally,route one has been turned out to be failed.Method two:1、Spherical powder ZnO、NiO as well as 4A and ZIF-8 have been successfully synthesized,zeta potential analyzing and modificating have been carried out to metal oxide.2、The reaction condition about ZnO and NiO transformed completely into Zn(NH3)2Cl2 and Ni(NH3)2Cl2 have been studied all-side.3、Having 4A(or ZIF-8)molecualr sieve reacted with NH4Cl in the condition of that NiO with NH4Cl,XRD suggests 4A was steady while ZIF-8 was decompose by NH4Cl,which result proves 4A molecular is an ideal shell material,2 together with 3 points reveal the possibility of route 2 as an ideal way to make such core-shell materials.4.By LBL method ZnO@4A and NiO@4A have been successfully synthesized.But in the transforming method,only ZnO@4A has been transformed entirely into Zn(NH3)2Cl2@4A,NiO@4A were not reacting with NH4Cl to obtain Ni(NH3)2Cl2@4A,though,no further experiment was carried out on NiCl2@4A core-shell materials making but lasts with NiO@4A while Zn(NH3)2Cl2@4A was obtaiend eventually.
