Termite is a kind of insect with high destruction,and it spreads all over the world.It is pervasive and ubiquitous for termite which causes huge economic losses.Termite is breeding speed and hidden activity.Therefore,it is imperative to control for termite.So far,there are some methods for prevention and control of termites,physical method,chemical method and biological method.Butthere are some disadvantages for physical which are long time for the construction、expensive and unconspicuous;Although the prophylaxis and control of chemical poisoning effect is good,but the using chemical method can lead termites resistant to the chemicals and pollution of the environment;the prevention and control of biology is to use biological pathogenic microorganisms or endogenous bacteria fermentation metabolites of termite prevention and control of a kind of technology.The method has high efficiency,no pollution and low cost.Biological fermentation production of endophytes metabolites can promote the growth of plants、imprrove plant resistance and resistance pests for natural products and developing new drugs provides a great biological resource.In this study,train HDZK-BYSB47 and HDZK-BYSB36 isolated from Chamaecyparis lawsoniana were used as function strains for mixed culture fermentation.The HDZK-BYB36 and HDZK-BYSB47 fermentation broth were extracted by organic solvent.1)The best combination of mixed fermentation cultivation were screened for strain HDZK-BYSB36 and HDZK-BYSB47;2)Our experiment used single factor test and orthogonal test to optimize the mixed strains HDZK-BYSB36 and HDZK-BYSB47 fermentation conditions.At last,we got the results were as following,fermentation time 22 h,incubation temperature 31 ℃,medium pH 7.5,rotation speed 180 r/min,4%(V/V)of the inoculum size,liquid volume 100 ml;3)The results showed that the two compounds were initially separated and purified from the fermentation broth of strain HDZK-BYSB36 and HDZK-BYSB47.They were analysed by 1H-NMR,GC-MS:One compound was nootkatone and the other one was a-terpineol;4)Using feeding termites and fight from experiment showed that two compounds were insecticidal activity and fighting from effection significantly against Odontotermes formdsanus;5)Using anti-microbial experiment selected strains HDZK-BYSB36 and HDZK-BYSB47 that showed inhibition for endophytes from gut of termites and pathogens(E.coli,E.aerogenes,E.cloacae,S.aureus,P.aeruginosa)and the higher the concentration,the stronger suppression.
