Study On The Production And Application Of Temperature-controlled Grain Storage For Uniform Temperature Grain Coolers In Southwestern Shandong Province

The practice shows that temperature is an important factor affecting the stability of grain.Existing studies have shown that low temperature can reduce the respiration,then cut back dry matter consumption,delay the deterioration.Moreover,it can inhibit microbial growth.Because it can reduce or avoid the use of chemicals,temperature control storage is an economical,green and ecological grain storage technology.At present,the research and application of temperature control technology rapid development,but it is lack that how to carry out the research or application of this technology in the grain barn and ecological zone existing conditions.This study carried out the production and application of temperature control storage on the layout of a grain cooling machine connecting three warehouse and one warehouse respectively in rice bin.At the same time,there is a contrast test between the layout of a grain cooling machine connecting one warehouse in soybean and air conditioning in rice.The results have shown that uniform grain cooling machine could control the storage temperature rise during the summer(warehouse temperature and air temperature difference in an average of 7 ℃)on the premise of lower grain temperature and warehouse insulation measures.Therefore,it was a feasible technical scheme for cold storage and temperature control that could make the whole bin average grain temperature below 20 ℃.It not only achieved grain storage safety,but also delayed the deterioration of quality(fatty acid value increase in the range of 2.4-3.9).However,uniform grain cooling machine temperature could not control storage temperature below 25℃,and the upper grain temperature is over 25℃if the insulation performance and air tightness of the barn are insufficient.It is difficult to achieve low temperature or quasi low temperature grain storage targets.The layout of a grain cooling machine connecting three warehouses had better control effect in under same conditions.But the purchase of equipment had a large capital investment,and energy consumption was high.The overall benefit is less than the layout of one machine connecting three warehouses.The investment of single warehouse equipment was small when using air conditioning,but the energy consumption was much higher than grain cooling machine.
