In order to improve the catalytic performance of copper slag and to optimize the effect of thermal conversion of biomass and waste plastics in municipal flammable solid waste,the co-gasification of pine wood and waste plastics was studied this paper.Catalyst,catalytic gasification of pine wood and waste plastic mixture of materials synergistic effect of the experimental study work as follows:Firstly,the study of pine wood biomass and waste plastics mixed gasification characteristics.The degree of gasification is aggravated with increasing temperature.H2 volume fraction increased from 21.91%at 650? to 32.89%at 800? and 38.61%at 850?.Since the conversion of CO and steam was inhibited at 900?,the volume fraction of H2 decreased slightly.CO decreased with the increase of temperature and reached the minimum at 850?.CO decreased slowly with the increase of temperature.As the temperature increases,the reactivity of hydrocarbons with high temperature steam is aggravated.Secondly,the modification of copper slag catalyst was studied.Ca(NO)2·4H2O was used as precursor to impregnate copper slag at 900? for 4h to synthesize new catalyst to improve the surface structure and catalytic performance of copper slag.Calcium oxide repressioned with copper slag prepared by the catalyst,calcium mainly CaAl4Fe8O19 and CaSiO3 and other compounds in the form of calcium oxide impregnated roasting compared to the increase in its oxidation,the surface structure is more bulky,after the reaction,the catalyst precipitation pure oxidation Calcium,and no longer with the metal,so in the preparation of the catalyst components,the active components in addition to copper slag in the iron oxide and magnetite,CaAl4Fe8O19 and CaSiO3 and other compounds is also an effective activity factor.Finally,the characteristics of the modified catalyst for the biogasification of biomass and waste plastics were studied.The effects of copper slag and slag on the gas production characteristics of syngas were investigated by the synergistic effect of modified slag and waste plastics in the double-temperature tubular furnace.The effects of additive CaO,gasification temperature,water vapor equivalent ratio and plastic addition rate on the synthesis gas yield were studied.The gasification temperature was 800? and the catalytic temperature of modified copper slag was 900?.Equivalent ratio of 0.055,and when the material ratio is mainly pine wood,the synthesis of gas production the highest(31.04%).
