Application Research Of Automatic Cotton Blending System In Textile Enterprises And Cotton Modern Logistics System

The computer automatic cotton assorting system is to receive cotton bale and process warehouse management according to the HVI data,and to type the label according to cotton bale information,then in accordance with the cotton assorting requirement,to choose cotton bale and reclassify®roup.It analyses and makes statistics about the raw material inventory,chooses the reasonable cotton assorting program,thereby it could optimize the cotton assorting combination,reduce cotton assorting cost and improve the quality of end-use product.I took part in the whole verifying process of domestic-made computer automatic cotton assorting system,the system got good effect on the application in textile enterprise,but it was not effectively generalized in textile enterprise because of the influences of market,loading&unloading,site,etc.This article also discusses about the application of computer automatic cotton assorting system in cotton logistics enterprise.By taking advantage of industrial chain,the cotton processing enterprise or cotton storage enterprise offer the automatic cotton assorting service for the textile enterprise,or through applying the classifying and grouping function of automatic cotton assorting system to optimize and pick cotton,to reach the target of detailing index and first-cotton first-use.It also helps promoting the development course of cotton logistics modernization.
