TiC,TiN possess the excellent physical and chemical performance of high hardness,good corrosion,oxidation,wear resistance and good electrical conductivity.Carbon fibers exhibit low linear density,high modulus,fatigue resistance,high tensile strength and softness.Nanofibers possess good properties including large specific surface area,aspect ratio,radius of curvature,high porosity,excellent flexibility,adsorption,filterabilit.At present,the main process of preparing nanofibers is electrospinning,but low efficiency,high energy consumption.Airspinning has the advantages of high efficiency,low energy consumption and low cost,materials with three-dimensional fluffy structure was prepared.It is necessary to take advantage of excellent physical and chemical properties of TiC,TiN and carbon fibers.Nanofibers with three-dimensional fluffy structure played a great potential and advantages in the energy,electrochemistry,catalysis.In this paper,continuous three-dimensional curly TBT/PAN hybrid nanofibers were prepared by airspinning.TiC/C,C0.7N0.3Ti/C nannofibers were prepared after pre-oxidiation,differernt low tremperature carbonization,high temperature carbonization and the carbothermal reduction under different atmosphere conditions.Low temperature carbonization was played in 700? in 2 h,TiC/C hybrid nanofibers were prepared by carbothermal reduction.Low temperature carbonization was played in 800? and 900?,C0.7N0.3Ti/C hybrid nanofibers were prepared.TiN/C hybrid nanofibers were prepared after pre-oxidiation,low tremperature carbonization,high temperature carbonization and nitridation in N2.Experimental studies have shown that in the argon atmosphere,the effect of the carbon fiber after different low temperature carbonization on graphite growth on high temperature carbonization,Resulting in the formation of TiC/C,C0.7N0.3Ti/C nanofibers.Low temperature carbonization at 700?,graphite growth is easy,TiC was prepared by the carbothermal reduction of TiO2 and C.Low temperature carbonization at 800? and 900?,graphite growth is not easy,C0.7N0.3Ti was prepared by N replaced the carbon atoms of TiC.TiC can catalytic the surrounding amorphous carbon near TiC to the graphene.C0.7N0.3Ti did not find this phonmenon.TiC and C0.7N0.3Ti possess good electrical conductivity and low charge transfer resistance.Ar can not erosion the fiber surface.Under N2,PAN after preoxidation,low-temperature carbonization and high-temperature carbonization shrinked obviously,melt and surface was etched.After a series of heat treatment,the nanofibers with TiO2 precursor had no obvious change under the macroscopic and microscopic conditions.TiN played a skeleton role,so that no significant changes in fiber.The etching effect of N2 on carbon fiber surface was obvious.TiN possess good electrical conductivity and low the charge transfer resistance.
