Because of the excellent wearbility of cashmere fabric,it is becoming more and more popular.But there are still some problems of pollution and high energy consumption during cashmere fabric pretreatment and high temperature boiling dyeing process,which does not meet the today's green development theme.Therefore,Reagent 610 was used in cashmere pretreatment instead of dichloroisocyanuric acid(DCCA).Through comparing the mechanical properties,dye uptake,fixation rate and dyeing kineticsof cashmere yarn treated by 610 and DCCA at various concentrations,respecting the optimal concentration of 610 was selected.Finally,cashmere fabrics were treated with 1%(owf)610 followed with 0.5%(owf)alkali protease.The results show that the strength loss rate is 7.51%and the basic structure of cashmere layer is preserved and the fixation rate is 95.77%and the rate constant is 0.05 and t1/2 is 13.87min.Pretreated Cashmere Fabrics then dyed with Foaming-dyeing process.Firstly,the concentration of penetrant(JFC),dye concentration,the concentration of foaming agent,the type of foam stabilizer and their concentration and so on were studied.The rheological properties of the foam-dyeing were tested,the results showed that the apparent viscosity of the foam was raised with the concentration increasing of JFC and so did the concentration of the dye.And the foaming agent(SDS)concentration also had effect on apparent viscosity.Wetting ability test showed that the larger the JFC concentration,the lower the contact angle.As foaming stabilizers,there is little difference between sodium alginate and CMC/PAM on capillary effect and spreading width.But,dyeing results of CMC/PAM were used as foaming stabilizer than those of sodium alginate.Therefore,CMC/PAM was selected as the foaming stabilizer.By comparing dyeing results squeezing roller speed was fixed at 2m/s.Finally,through the verification experiments,the optimal recipe was as follows:JFC 4g/L,SDS 5g/L,CMC 1g/L,PAM 0.5g/L.The optimum process condition was that the air feed rate was 200ml/min,the squeezing roller was 2m/s,and the pressure 0.4MPa.Under the conditions,the cashmere fabric obtains good dyeing and fixing effect.And the dyeing process can save water and energy,and improve efficiency and reduce cost.It's a kind of green dyeing process.
