Bio processing has become an important way to improve textile properties.Bio polishing technology to remove hairiness of fabric surface by the action of enzymes,can effectively modified fabric feel,touch,and make the fabric more bright color,pattern more clearly.The biological polishing technology of cellulase for cotton textile has been popularized.Recently,the proportion of polyester/cotton knitted fabric in the proportion of sports and leisure clothing in the rapid rise.It is found that the fabric structure factors have a significant impact on the polishing effect.Under this background,the relationship between bio polishing effect and textile structure is studied in this paper.The polyester/cotton blended knitted fabric between.For the accurate evaluation of bio polishing effect,select the DigiEye system to detect the surface hairiness of fabric,through digital image acquisition,processing and recognition,get the fabric surface hairiness feature information,digital image analysis of test data,the corresponding relationship between the fabric structure and fabric hairiness numerical surface finish grade,found correlation between hairiness structure characteristics and fabric smoothness,and verified by the example of fabric surface based on digital image evaluation index is established.This study selected five kinds of commercial cotton blended knitted fabrics,using two kinds of biological polishing technology,bio processing,two kinds of enzymes to compare the effect of hairiness,fabric and performance testing,change of yarns and fibers.The treated fabric and the untreated fabric are disassembled to extract the structural information of the yarn and fabric.On this basis,the relationship between the fabric structure and yarn structure factors and the biological polishing effect was analyzed,and the main factors affecting the biological processing effect were studied through correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that the fabric surface density is the most significant factor affecting the biological processing.Provides important basic data and theoretical support for the study of biological processing of fabrics of polyester and cotton blended,has a positive role in promoting the study of biological processing of textiles. |
