With the development of society and increasing industrialization and population growth,global energy crisis and environmental pollution is more deteriorate.Semiconductor nanomaterials,as a solution to solve the two problems,attract scientists' research interest.The effect of similar biological macromolecules to semiconductor material morphology is extremely important,which has been a hot spot of nanomaterials.In this paper,three kinds of ZnO micro-nano structure were prepared,and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)then.Herein the role of surfactant polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)in the synthetic method was discussed carefully.The influence of temperature on the morphology was explained,and a growth mechanism of ZnO was proposed.Photocurrent performance of ZnO micro-nano structures was tested,which demonstrate the reason why plates flower-like ZnO nanostructures had highest photocurrent density.At the same time,the dye molecules R6G were detected by SERS with the as-prepared Ag/ZnO complex micro-and nanostructures.The results showed that R6G molecule could be accurately detected even the concentration is extremely low.the synthesis of Ag/ZnO composite materials,composite materials and use as a base for R6G molecule surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy,and the results show,R6G molecules at low concentrations still be accurately detected.The major research results are as follows.(1)The ZnO micro-nano structures were synthesized by liquid phase chemical method at atmospheric pressure and characterized by XRD and SEM.The results showed that ZnO is pure hexagonal.The morphology of flower-like ZnO nanostructures was assembled by short hexagonal rods,long hexagonal rods or plates.(2)The morphology of ZnO nanostructures can be controlled by simple controlling the amount of surfactant polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP).The experimental results demonstrate that the ZnO did not grow along the c-axis.The morphology of ZnO nanostructures became plates structures.It also demonstrates that the reason why there are ledging at distant of rods is the low temperature.(3)The various ZnO micro-and nanostructures with different morphologies had photoelectrochemical performance tests.The photocurrent density of flower-like ZnO nanostructures self-assembled by short hexagonal rods is close to 10 ?A/cm2.(4)The dye molecules R6G were detected by SERS with Ag/ZnO complex micro-and nanostructures.The results showed that the fingerprint peaks of R6G molecule were still able to accurately detected r when the concentration is 10-4 M.
