Water is the sources of life.The safety of water quality is not only an important part of the resource security,but also closely related to national economic and social security.In recent years,due to the complex effects of climate change and human activities,the spatial and temporal conflict of water sources of Xiangjiang River Basin is becoming more and more serious.The problems,for example,the shortage of water sources,the destruction of water ecosystem and pollution of the environment,are gradually appearing and raising attention by day to day time.Objective evaluation of the water safety of Xiangjiang basin would effectively disclose the potential danger of the region,and provide suggestions and solutions for the development and utilization of water resources and rational management.Based on the analysis of the current situation as well as problems of water resources in the Xiangjiang River Basin,through the construction of water sources security evaluation model,this paper evaluates the safety of water sources in Xiangjiang River Basin,and analyzes why and what is affecting the safety of it.Through the comparative study of water sources security evaluation,the author obtains reasonable evaluation,and presents them mainly as following:(1)This paper establishes a blur model of water safety evaluation,and analyzes the situation of water safety of local cities in Xiangjiang River basin from following four perspective: the construction of index system,the determination of evaluation criteria,the combination of weights and the improvement,There is the conclusion: the safety of water sources in Xiangjiang basin has obvious difference due to diverse geographic location and time.(1)Geographically,the upper reaches of the river basin performs better on water safety,while the middle and lower reaches performs in a lower level.(2)From the perspective of time,the performance of water safety at the same place varies in different years.In 2015,compared with the year of 2005,there was a significant increase at the level of water sources safety in Xiangjiang River basin.(3)From the report of water safety analysis,local cities have both advantages and disadvantages on the water safety performance,and what affects water safety varies.(4)According to the results and analysis of the water sources safety report of Xiangjiang basin,and combining its current situation and problems,this paper proposes solutions on how to guarantee the water safety of the region from three aspects: improving water supply capacity,strengthening environmental protection of xiangjiang River basin and being strict on water sources management.(2)Under the same index system,this paper apply blur comprehensively evaluation,pair analysis and fuzzy matter element analysis to the evaluation of the safety of water sources in Xiangjiang River Basin.The result shows that the three methods have different results,but the difference is not big.More than 50% of them are same.For those whose results are inconsistent with each other,the difference is mostly differs at one level only.Combining the three methods and taking their average data,there is the final conclusion: Cities marked with level II of water safety are Zhuzhou,Chenzhou,Yongzhou;Level III are Changsha,Xiangtan,Hengyang and Loudi.The conclusion shows that the result of the water sources safety evaluation system based on the model construction of Xiangjiang basin is reasonable and reliable,and the methods are practical and effective. |
