As the material corrosion of universality and harmfulness that the corrosion been more and more attention.In order to seek an effective and cheap method of protection,which article preparation composite aluminum film of magnetron sputtering to transition layer and then ion assisted deposition by magnetron sputtering composite ion assisted evaporation plating technology,and post process of aluminum film.study the morphology and corrosion resistance of aluminum film and its protection applications.Optimize the magnetron sputtering transition layer process of the aluminum film.Studied morphology and corrosion resistance of composite aluminum film on 45 steel with best process.Also studied the aluminum film protection applications of TA2 with 45 steel and 6061 aluminum alloy galvanic corrosion rules and on AZ91D magnesium alloy.Furthermore explores the thickness,shot peening pressure,different structure Impact on the performance of the ion assisted deposition aluminum film.Obtain the following results:The optimized target current was 15 A,negative bias was 200 V of magnetron sputtering processes.Composite aluminum film grans balance and small,about 12 microns thickness,adhesion strength score of 1 on 45 steel,and after post-process the film surface density and the corrosion resistance improved,salt spray 1800h no rust and its corrosion current density with 2.3×10-7 A/cm2.aluminum film grans small,about 12 microns thickness,adhesion strength score of 1 on TA2.After salt spray 1700 h the aluminum coated sample severe corrosion and the post-processing aluminum coated sample no corrosion.The galvanic corrosion sensitivity of TA2/45 steel and TA2/6061 were class E,so them couldn't use directly.The galvanic corrosion sensitivity of TA2 with aluminum coupled with 45 steel and 6061 were class C,it would be down to class B and A after post-process of aluminum.It was class A when TA2 and 45 steel costed with aluminum and post-process at the same time.Preparation ion assisted evaporation and magneteon sputtering post-process aluminum film of 12?m thickness.After salt spray 3 h,its bubbling and corrosion.As aluminum film thickness increase and Shot peening pressure enhance that aluminum film corrosion resistance improved.The 25 microns sample salt spray time increased to 24 h when shot peening pressure was 0.3 MPa.The 50 microns sample salt spray time increased to 36 h and 48 h when shot peening pressure is 0.3 MPa and 0.4 MPa.Have obvious interface of evaporation/shot peening/evaporation of the structure double layer aluminum film,and combined with close and tight.After salt spray 460 h,the?50+50?pm aluminum film intact,bubbling and not destructed.Its corrosion potential is-1.089 V and the corrosion current density was 4.3×10-7 A/cm2.There are 5?m diffusion layer and in pitting corrosion failure of aluminum film.
