With the rapid increase of natural gas consumption in China,natural gas imports have become an important means to ease the pressure on China's energy.As one of Chinese natural gas imports pipelines,ZM natural gas pipeline has a more serious problem of transmission error,which has exceeded the acceptable range,not only for the transfer of the two sides economy has brought a greater impact,but also affect the international trade cooperation between both sides.Therefore,the pipeline expansion transmission error cause analysis,determining the attributes and ensuring that the gas flowrate is accurate,reliable and unified have positive impact on improving production technology and product quality,reducing product cost and improving the economic benefit and social benefit,which is conducive to maintaining the relationship between bilateral trade and international cooperation.Therefore,the following issues are studied for the ZM natural gas pipeline:First of all,collect and sort out the basic theories of gas transmission pipelines and gas pipeline networks,and analyze the domestic and international development status and research results of data mining technology.This paper analyzes the causes of the transmission error from the angle of what transmission error consists of.Based on the field operation condition data of ZM natural gas pipeline,it is considered that the factors that cause the increase of ZM gas pipeline error may be the deviation of calculation,venting and self use.Secondly,the calculation of compressibility factor and the degree of subdivision of pipe section,the calculation and optimization of two aspects are studied to obtain the calculation method of ZM pipeline.In the calculation of compression factor,by comparing 8 commonly used equation of state and 8 kinds of empirical formula,the AGA8-92DC calculation method is optimized,and the AGA8-92DC calculation method is optimized from two aspects including the calculation time and the solution process.In the aspect of subdivision of pipe section,combined with the actual analysis of ZM natural gas pipeline,the optimal scheme of pipe segment is established.Then,the grey correlation analysis method is used to analyze the historical data and records related to the ZM gas pipeline transmission,and to determine the main factors that affect the transmission error.By using the association rules in data mining technology,we further explore the historical data and records getting the change rule of the influencing factors and the transmission error.Finally,ZM natural gas pipeline error analysis program is established with C#language,with which transmission error data and record of ZM natural gas pipeline in the first half of 2015?2016 is calculated and analyzed.The analysis results show that the program is of high reliability and practical value.
