Slim hole sidetracking technology is an important part of the process of oil recovery,which is a very effective method for the exploitation of residual oil in low permeability oil,fractured reservoirs,marginal oil layers and dead oil.However,due to the small gap between the small borehole,tool size is limited,coupled with drilling in the completion of the geological structure of the complex,staff errors and other factors often occur stuck accident.With the drilling jar is a drilling tool with the drill,jar can been worked when the stuck drill accident occurs,which give a strong impact to the stuck points,and to achieve the purpose of pipe freeing.In recent years,the mine shaft drilling underground mine accidents tend to complex,more difficult to deal with,which for the performance requirements of the tool put forward higher requirements.Based on this background,this paper summarizes and analyses its working principle by analyzing the classification and characteristics of the jar,the innovative design of a set of reasonable structure,superior performance and development of hydraulic hammer drilling jar.Improving the structure of the one-way overflow shock is to improve the reliability of the earthquake struck and reduce the operation cost.In the design of the full hydraulic jarmer:the first step is to collection and dynamic digestion of a variety of structural size of the relevant patents and documents to established a design program;through the commonly used at home and abroad the classification and characteristics of the jar analysis and research,the innovative design of a can achieve low friction sliding double acting hydraulic jar.Based on the finite element analysis,important parts have carried out the strength design to ensure every part in extreme conditions of strength in the range of strength requirement;though simulation of hydraulic pressure of the one-way delay process,the relief valve has a optimize structure size.In the aspect of lateral drilling dynamics,A model of sidetracked well jarring stuck pipe freeing,and combines the three-dimensional wellbore "soft bar" friction calculation method to calculate the release force transmitted to the jar has been established,which is in close proximity to the actual drilling process.The introduction of the friction drag to calculate the jarring force is more accurate,and it has certain directive significance to the theoretical study of the earthquake struck,which is important reference value for the field application.
