The photochromic and thermochromic energy storage microcapsule is an intelligent color changing material which has the characteristics of light sensitive,thermal sensitive and energy storage.But when used alone,it is easy to be influenced by environmental factors,so that the life expectancy is reduced and the performance becomes worse.As a kind of excellent encapsulation method,microcapsule technology can effectively solve this kind of problem.In this paper,based on the in situ polymerization method,the photochromic and thermochromic energy storage microcapsule was prepared on the basis of single energy storage microcapsule and thermochromic microcapsule.By response surface analysis,the amount of emulsifier,pH and the core material in the synthetic process of energy storage microcapsules were optimized.The amount of emulsifier and core material,the shear rate,the amount of disperse red dye,the photochromic material and the amount of fatty alcohol were optimized.The discoloration sensitivity of the color changing storage microcapsule was studied,and the color changing time of the compound,the color changing time and other color changing time of the coating were also tested.In order to increase the basic chromatographic of microcapsule,red,yellow and blue three dye adding microcapsule,prepared microcapsule and its color.By coating,printing and other means,the color change energy storage microcapsule can be applied to the fabric..The results show that the optimal process condition of synthesis photochromic and thermochromic energy storage microcapsule is emulsifier dosage of SMA was 5%,the core shearing time 5min,shear velocity is 8500r/min,disperse red dye dosage is 0.3%,the photosensitive material dosage is 1%,the photochromic properties of fatty alcohol dosage 75%,reach this condition microcapsules have good performance;the latent heat reached 12.3J/g,at 174? or less,have good thermal stability,the average particle size of 4.14um,and has excellent solvent resistance,good sealing performance.When the temperature sensitive purple,bisphenol A,fatty alcohol ratio of three to 1:5:70,the color change of the thermal discoloration of the mircrocapsule is the fastest 35S,after the microcapsules were made,the heat sensitive time was prolonged to 2 minutes or more.Photochromic time is very fast and basic in the following 20s.After finishing the coating,the color change energy storage microcapsule has good color changing effect and certain energy storage capacity.
