Micro/nano materials are widely used in the fields of catalysis,sensing,energy storage,due to their unique characteristics such as the quantum effect,small size effect,surface effect,macroscopic quantum tunneling effect.The preparation,the morphology and the growth mechanism of novel nano-materials have been widely studied in this field.In this paper,the novel Ag3PO4 and ZnO nanomaterials were prepared.Besides,the possible formation mechanism was discussed,and the photocatalytic property and the gas-sensing activity were tested.The specific work of this paper include the following aspects:1.The hollow microspheres Ag3PO4 were synthesized using direct precipitation method in the presence of tartaric acid.The microspheres were distributed uniformly and the diameter of the hollow microspheres was about 8?m.The possible formation mechanism of hollow microspheres Ag3PO4 was discussed according to different reaction times.The Ostwald ripening mechanism was proposed.The experimental results of degradation of RhB solution prove that the structure of hollow microspheres Ag3PO4 has good photocatalytic activity under visible light photocatalysis.2.The tetrapod-like Ag3PO4 nanocrystals were successfully prepared by a direct precipitation method using PEG as a surfactant.The foot length of the structure is about 16?m.The structure and the morphology were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction?XRD?and scanning electron microscopy?SEM?.We had made some contrast experiments,and discussed the amount of PEG on the impact of the Ag3PO4 morphological structure.In addition,the Ag3PO4 can degrade MB under the visible light irradiation,which proves the Ag3PO4has good photocatalytic activity.3.The comb-like.ZnO was synthesized by hydrothermal method in sodium dodecyl sulfate?SDS?regulation.In order to investigate the gas-sensing activity of the prepared comb-like ZnO,the gas-sensitive property was measured.The results showed that the comb-like ZnO has good gas-sensitive activity to ethanol and toluene.In contrast,the gas sensor performance of toluene is higher than ethanol.At the same time,we also carried out the photocatalytic test under the irradiation of ultraviolet light,the comb-like ZnO showed better photocatalytic activity in photodegradation of the methylene blue solution.
