The through air bonding nonwovens are usually used as baby diaper and women's sanitary napkins'surface materials.When the square meter weight is certain,the larger the thickness and the higher the degree of fluffy,the more ablility to keep the dryness and comfort of diaper and sanitary napkin,which is good for hot air passing and wetting back.In order to find the better way to manufature health care products,this paper studied the influence of the different nonwoven process on thickness and bulkiness for hot air nonwovenss,such as fiber curling performance,combing degree,double carding weight ratio,chaos,hot air temperature,hot air pressure,cooling form and drafting.The results show that many ways can improve the quaility of through air bonding nonwovens,such as the increase of fiber crimpability,the increase of the weight ratio of the upper layer of the double carding,the increase of the combing degree,the reduction of the draft speed difference between the cooling roller and the hot air furnace,and the use of the air cooling method.And all above are able to add the fluffy and thickness of through air bonding nonwovens,which is critical to dry and comfortable effect.While the comb degree,hot air temperature,and hot air pressure on the hot air,are not as benifical as those above for improving nonwovens thickness and bulkiness to enhance the impact of small.
