With the continuous exploitation of onshore oil,oil production has been greatly reduced,fracturing and acidizing technology is one of the main technology of oil increase production.In the oil field chemical laboratory,traditional acid experiments are relying on manual operation,In order to improve efficiency and to ensure the health of the experimental staff,so the design of a automatic configuration acid system for laboratory is of great significance.The content of this paper is from the petroleum engineering combined with the academic front,is one of pre-research content of intelligent instrument research and implementation.On the basis of full investigation,this paper puts forward a general scheme for the design of automatic acid system for laboratory use in the field of oilfield chemical laboratory.The system consists of two parts:hardware and software.The hardware includes the man-machine interaction subsystem,the hybrid subsystem and the feeding subsystem.System hardware circuit using STM32 as the master chip,and designed the functional circuit.The system software is designed by the library function.Finally,the experimental platform is built,and the filtering algorithm and the closed-loop control algorithm are studied on this platform.The Kalman filter algorithm is used to filter the collected data,and the automatic liquid distribution process is controlled by parallel closed-loop control and fuzzy PID control algorithm.The Kalman filter algorithm and the fuzzy PID algorithm are simulated by MATLABThe experimental results show that the proposed method is correct and reasonable in structure,which can overcome the human error and ensure the safety of the experimental personnel.It has certain practicality,and the automatic configuration acid system for laboratory has been applied to become a national invention patent.
